I have had the best dental experience at Aspen Dental in Royal Oak. Dr. Austin, Antonia and the entire staff are wonderful!! They made me feels so comfortable and at ease. The dentist office atmosphere is very comfortable. Everyone is so professional and polite. The Dentists are very knowledgeable about many dental treatment options and empathetic about your needs and wants. If you are in search of a dentist that will take good care of your dental needs and make you feel comfortable come to Aspen Dental in Royal Oak. I would also like to add the affordability of Aspen Dental. Terrea Summers over billing is very knowledgeable in going over and explaining pricing for all dental procedures and explaining your dental insurance coverages and your out of pocket cost so you know what to expect as far as expenses!! Royal oak location! If i could give more stars i would! From the very first visit they make you feel like family. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. I’ve searched for years to find the right dentist and i can honestly say that this is the first place that I’ve felt completely comfortable with from start to finish. It was a wonderful and learning experience. Had been visiting my parents when a I managed to cracked a tooth and lost the filling. I called Aspen Dental customer service to see if an appointment could be made. To my surprise was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. Amazing service from the time called for an appointment, until the time I walked out! Even the other patients were really nice! I went in for an abscess that I attempted to “self-treat” 🥹 and was causing major jaw pain by the time I went in a month later. My dentist that I had wasn’t answering calls and the overall service had declined so (per a referral) I tried Aspen. I was hesitant because I felt like it was a chain and services may be limited without that personal touch. Oh but, nay nay, I was wrong! I don’t think I have enough space to compliment ALL of the staff but Amaya was the main person assisting and she was STELLAR! Comfort, class, professional l, clean, FAST SERVICE and so many other adjectives belong in this review! If you’re wondering, don’t!! Just book! Oh and today is the next day, one day of treatment AND ABBY IS GONE!! Yes, the doc helped me name my abscess lol I’m looking forward to my next dental visit!!!
