I’m a wuss when it comes to seeing the dentist because of a bad experience I had a few years ago at a different dentist. I went here as a new patient and today they filled 2 cavities and it was a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who is a little terrified of the dentist. They really do a good job making you feel comfortable

I’m being extremely genuine when I say I have no idea how there are so many positive reviews here. I’d check out their Yelp, it seems to be a bit more honest. IF YOU HAVE MEDICAID: I absolutely would not go here. I was told all of my services were covered until I needed a deep cleaning. Fine, I rescheduled and I paid it. Then they sent me a bill for X-rays. I called Medicaid and Medicaid said THEY ALREADY PAID THE DENTAL OFFICE FOR THEM. I called and left multiple messages for the office manager and I still kept getting bills and they insisted I needed to pay. To top it off, the dental hygienist was horribly unprofessional and kept trying to sell me a $100 water pic I could get on Amazon for $30. And then shamed me for not having the $100+ for a deep cleaning right then and there in my bank account when pushing me to have it done that day. I wish I remembered her name so I could call her out. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t think it’s a coincidence multiple Medicaid patients have felt the same here.

I am editing this post because I don’t think it’s fair to say all the dentist here are bad. But I will share my experience. My root canal had to be redone by a specialist because they missed a canal, I had implants placed in crooked and now they are currently being fixed by a specialist, and now my two crowns have gaps in them. Although they have fixed their mistakes, not sure why these dentists try to push work to be done when they are not qualified to be doing. I’m actually not too sure about these dentists and their training. Staff is great but the quality of the work is sketchy. I’m sorry but I do not recommend any major work to be done here. I’m hoping someone reaches out and helps figure out the situation with my crown.

The staff here are all so friendly. From the front desk ladies all the way to the technicians. The main dental hygienist is very thorough and I love that she cares enough to explain things to you. It seems like the Dentist is very busy and possibly the only Dr. currently working here, so considering how spread thin she must be, she does a great job. It’s hard to find a good dentist in this area that accepts adult straight Medicaid. I went to dental dreams in Eastpointe for years and they did a terrible job. Im glad I found this location!
