Hi My name is Jackie Erskine-Sutela I recently became a patient of Dr Anderson. I had two back teeth, a molar and a wisdom tooth, that had to be extracted, the infection and several cysts scraped out..packed the opening and sewed me up..no problems!! I was very nervous, as I had went to young Clement , when he first started, to have one tooth pulled and no one has ever hurt me like he did..I explained this to Dr Anderson and told him that I was, also, immune-compromised because of RA. He was terrific..he made sure I was completely numb, so I wouldn’t feel anything and he took every precaution with me. They were very good at giving me instructions for do’s and don’ts! I am two days out from the procedure..I had a little bit of pain when the numbing wore off but since have not had ANY pain whatsoever!! Highly recommend!!!

I have to say my experience with Dr. Anderson was awesome> He took care of my partial. Very good dentist. I would recommend Dr. Anderson to anyone. I also want to give a shout out to Sally the receptionist. Very nice and helpful. My husband has an appointment for cleaning Monday.

Have had one molar pulled there. They said no pain and there wasn't any!! About to get another one done. Highly recommend Dr. Anderson and staff.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would simply because of the rude receptionist, My long distance partner is visiting from florida and they broke their tooth I called everywhere and this was the only place doing emergency visits for non established patients. I called and began to explain the situation to which I was interupted and thrown on hold by the receptionist, I figured they were busy so no biggy I didn't mind but when she came back I again was trying to explain to her the situation and she cut me off to say "It's a 15m appointment it's going to cost $85 then we decide what we want to do from there, my next available appointment is monday" In the harshest nastiest tone I have ever heard. I said "Well I need to talk with my partner first to make sure they are okay with the expenses" and for some reason she snapped back with "Well i'm not making any appointments until you figure it out" I replied with "I'm not asking you to.." To which she continued to be nasty towards me. My partner is waiting till they go back home to seek care out of fear of being mistreated when going to this office. Based on the replies to these other complaints I can bet this nasty, mean, hateful, person is the same person in charge of responding to reviews. I can't imagine being so miserable you feel the need to talk down to patients who need emergency treatment. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY IF THEY CANNOT TREAT YOU WITH THE RESPECT YOU DESERVE!

Had a great experience with Dr David Anderson and staff. First time visit made an appointment for my mom. Dr Anderson explained everything throughly. I will be going in soon for a cleaning. Yes I will definitely recommend Dr David Anderson

This place is a joke. My family member called to make an appointment and had to pay a $200 fee up front. Once my family member found out that the dentist was out of network, she called to cancel and the front desk gal, who was annoyed when she made the appointment initially, answered again and told my family member not to call back and then hung up! How unprofessional and incredibly rude. If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t see a bright future ahead of this establishment and urge potential clients to seek out another dentist. Addendum: I have to reply to this uneducated and ridiculous reply from this dental office. I said A FAMILY MEMBER of mine was considering being a patient of yours until she was treated so poorly over the phone by your less than pleasant receptionist and it was demanded that she pay $200 up front. Make no mistake, I would NEVER let you or anyone else in your practice near my teeth!

Really the Best Dentist Ever. Extremely knowledgeable and a professional in his field. Dr. Anderson and his receptionist are both probably the most helpful people I have encountered. I recently had a dental emergency and they both went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend Dr. Anderson and already have to a number of friends.

I called and made an appointment to have an exam and x-rays of my teeth, which are abscess and swollen with infection. The receptionist called me to come in 3 hrs early for the exam and was very rude from the second I entered the office. I was met at the door by her and she asked me about a bag I had with me. It was my medication that I take every day. She told me to sit down and let her finish what she was doing. Next I gave her my blue cross card and she said that I was going to have to pay another $50 out of pocket. I gave her my credit card which has my fiance name on it. So she had to come and sign for it. When she asked what I was being charged for, the receptionist said that she was arguing with her and told us to find another dentist and then threatened to call the sheriff when we asked to talk with the dentist.

Absolutely atrocious and repulsive treatment from the receptionist!!! If this is how you allow your employees to treat your patients (the very reason you have a job), I believe we dodged a bullet coming to you. Unprofessional, aggressive, yelling across the office confidential information- and then ordering me to leave because I inquired about an unknown fee, absurd! As a member of the medical profession, I would advice you speak to you receptionist about her treatment and communication issues. It will cost you business!

Cash only don't waste your time

After breaking an upper forward facing tooth at the gum line with some splintering below the gum line, I called Dr Andersons office for an emergency extraction. The tooth had been patched up over the years and to me it was no longer feasable to repair. My dentist was retired. Sally got me in within a couple hours. Dr Anderson reviewed the xray and did a visual exam. He said what remained of the tooth was viable enough to crown. He did a much more involved crown prep on my next appointment, having to fabricate a surface for the crown to adhere to. All went well and within two weeks the permanent crown was on and looked perfect. I believe any other dentist would have pulled it and recommended a follow up bridge, implant or partial to fill the gap. Dr Anderson is a highly skilled professional with many years of experience and offers complete dental services. I appreciate the care and concern I recieved from Sally and the Dr. "Top notch". If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The receptionist is extremely rude. I called and she ran a pre authorization for me and said my plan will reimburse me in 4 to 7 days but I would have to pay 225 up front. I called my insurance company and they found me a dentist that was even closer and I wouldn’t have to pay upfront. I explained this to the lady and she was annoyed and said oh my gosh you made me do all this work for nothing. Like I’m sorry but I’m pretty sure that’s part of your job description is to help people with insurance questions about your debt establishment. I’m sure the dentist is good but he needs a new receptionist. I wouldn’t have even looked else where but she was rude to me when I initially called.

Incredible!! Dr. Anderson and Sally always ready to go the extra mile to be helpful. Best dentist I have ever been to and @76 years old I’ve been to many. Thank you both so much.

Dr.Anderson was very comforting when I had to get a tooth pulled. Only reason for the 4 stars is lack of insurance coverage. Great for an emergency though.

I was on vacation Had a bad tooth they got me in and got me antibiotics

When my dentist was unavailable, Dr. Anderson took me as an emergency patient which I am very grateful for as my tooth and gum were infected and extremely painful. He prescribed antibiotics before my tooth could be extracted. He explained everything to me step by step. Both he and his wife were so helpful and kind. I was nervous about the procedure, and they did all they could to help me relax even gave me a little knit "worry worm" to hang on to. Both the instructions for the care after the extraction before and after were spot on, and sent a copy home with me. They very thoughtfully called the next day to check on me. Very professional and kind. I was so pleased. Thank you so much!

I had a root canal gone wrong and Dr. Anderson & his wife were the only people I could find that would help me same. I had been searching for 3 days for help. He was able to pull my tooth quickly and effectively causing immediate relief. Thanks again!

I was billed a $25 cancellation fee when I made an appointment and called back within 15 minutes to cancel said appointment. My son had an abscessed tooth and I was able to get in someplace else quicker. So I called back and she said I was going to be charged a $25 fee. Ridiculous!
