I haven’t even been tot his establishment and the receptionist lady I just talked too on the phone was probably one of the rudest females I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with I have made multiple apts at other facilities and never had to give them my member ID number to see if I actually had the insurance I gave over the phone if u put in my information into ur system u will see I have the insurance I said I did all because I asked for a deep cleaning she wanted to see if my insurance covered deep cleanings and I wasn’t even trying to make a deep cleaning apt I just asked if they did those at her facility and then she argued with me telling me that I can go to other places I do not recommend this place to NOBODY

Besma and her assistant lavenia were great, did my cleaning & were a great team!! The receptionists & the entire staff is just so amazing & makes you feel very welcomed. Took me a long time to find the right dentist due to my insurance and getting treated differently, you don’t feel that here. I drive an hour just to come here so that should tell you everything you need to know!!

Probably the worst dentist I been in.. they pray on the less fortunate!! And insult people of colors, they speak in Arabic assuming if your not of Chaldean decent you can understand what they are saying!! kun liasue walakin lays kalshaytan

I’m 42 and I’ve been going to the dentist for as long as can I remember. This was my first and last time coming to this dental office. My cleaning last no longer than 10 min. I honestly feel like she was cleaning my gums and not my teeth. I walk out of there in pain. She was messy as well. I walked in with a fresh white shirt walked out with red and water stain on my shirt. I’m not a dentist but I’m pretty sure she need to go Back to dental school and learn The proper way to do teeth cleaning

I came into this office not having seen a dentist in an uncomfortable amount of time due to dental fears. I'm happy to say that thanks to the friendly, patient, and helpful staff at Caring Dentistry that fear has left. Everyone in this office has been kind, thoughtful, and has taken the time to explain procedures to me before (and during). I needed my first ever root canal, an experience I was terrified of, but now feel very confident about. Dr. Fady and assistant Sylvia have been absolutely wonderful throughout the process. During the procedure I only had some extremely minor pain and the moment I indicated I felt anything at all, Dr. Fady stopped immediately to check the area and renumb it. Afterwards my gums were not nearly as sore as I was worried they would be. I also had a few cavities filled by Daniella, and it was such a simple and gentle procedure I didn't even need numbing! I was absolutely stunned at how quick and easy the whole process was! Overall, Caring Dentistry has been wonderful to me, and I highly recommend them. Thank you all for helping me!

One of the worst experience I have ever had, refresh dental had been approved to replace my top teeth with dentures but not the bottom from the state. So refresh just fixed my bottom teeth with fillings and cleaning, just had to pull the top and get top dentures. Come here and the first thing they do is pull the teeth on the bottom that we’re just fixed, they tried the top but the pain was to intense to be able to. And I was told if I scream one more time I had to leave. So I did and went to the hospital and the whole top of my mouth is infected that’s why the pain was so intense. Have to be on antibiotics for a week or twi to help with infection.. so now I’m sitting here with the bottom teeth that didn’t hurt and look that bad gone and hoping the state will approved bottom dentures , which they didn’t before. And in the same place with my top , which r decade , infected and need to go.
