I had a very good experience with Discounted Dental. Dr. Berry is a super kind person and didn’t charge me for anything I didn’t need like a lot of other dental offices in the area do. This office and the kind staff working at it only deserve the best reviews. I’d highly recommend checking it out!

I’m writing this on behalf of my GF. I went here with her today so she could get some dental work done, she has severe anxiety and I’d like to start off by saying that the workers and atmosphere here did not help at all, the workers here made her feel extremely violated and unwelcome from the start… As an Arab/Middle eastern individual myself, I get that a lot of people in our community unfortunately tend to be nosy, talk smack, and have the tendency of not minding our own business but what happened to her today is just completely out of pocket and absurd, the behavior from the staff wasn’t very halal if I do say so myself. SHAME ON YOU!!! Not only was she made fun of by the staff, which she heard ALL of it. And yes she does understand Arabic to an extent, and some Chaldean, so don’t try to act slick thinking you got away with the horrible things you guys were saying. She also caught them taking photos of her report, she saw the secretary’s phone and yes she was taking pictures of my GFs information, that is very much a HIPAA violation and she is going through with filing a report soon. There is zero need for that woman to be taking photos of ANYONES health information, why was she doing this?? Who else’s info is on her phone?! Wallah I am upset and angry about this. What kind of people are running this place? It makes me furious that she had this kind of experience here. We will not be returning to this dentistry.

Long story short I need a lot of dental work done. I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to anxiety and cost, and this place did not make me feel any better. Just got back from my appointment about 45 minutes ago, and right before I left the office I saw the secretary take a picture of my file and the work I need done and text it to someone on her phone. I feel so violated and know 100% my hipaa rights have been violated. I already filed a complaint, but just want to come on here and say don’t go here. They are super unprofessional and judgmental, didn’t ask me any questions before, during, or after my exam, and not to mention, your information is NOT confidential here.

First OFF , when I first arrived I was scared to go in to this tiny office . This was the dirtiest rundown dental office I’ve ever seen . Everything was raggedy . The room I was took to was dirty , the chair was old and looked like it needed to be replaced . The dentist preys on people who can’t afford treatment other places . When I told the dentist I didn’t bring $600 dollars with me for a root canal I didn’t want he refused to pull the original tooth I came there for . As soon as he walked out the room he jumped in his car to leave … who does that ?

Dr berry has been late to almost every one of my appointments. Horrible office, outdated, dirty. Stay far away.

Whether you have insurance or not, this is the dentist you want to visit. The staff is kind and considerate, and the dentist is very knowledgeable and calming. I have always had anxiety when it came to getting work done on my teeth. That literally changed once I started going here. The other plus about this place is that the office doesn't try and sell dental products like other offices do.

Very good experience! Able to schedule an appointment day of, gentle services, smiling faces and completed in a timely manner. Would recommend and will be returning for future services.

Just switched to this office . Prices are affordable ; the dentist has over thirty years experience and was very gentle with removing wisdom teeth and manager worked with me on payment. Also very clean which is a huge thing for me .

Best place ever I had a deep cleaning done and the hygienist named Hawa was very gentle. Defiantly recommend this place. Rita the assistant Is the best and Sarah was really kind and helped me financially ill come back for sure 👌👌

Ugh... I should of known, what type of place this was going to be after I called and talked to someone who clearly didn't have any customer service skills.. She didn't ask if I was in pain, or any of that matter..she asked if I had insurance. I walk into this place and it is the most junkest place I've ever stepped foot in. They advertise a free consultation but yet charged me for this bs xray they did, the girl, same one that was up front .. Didn't even know if she was doing it properly "I think this is right!" I heard her say as she's trying to position the bs she had to put in my mouth, she also mentioned to the doctor about me having a gag reflex which I thought was weird. the doc came in , not very friendly, he even was speaking in whatever language to his assistant... Seems to me this is a family owned business. He touched my face without gloves on , used equipment I have no idea if it was sanitized or not. When I sat down the whole dental seat hookup shook...this should not happen.. It also looked like a lot of their equipment was used. I didn't get a paper with a quote on it, everything was very ghetto to me. I will not be returning and advise against going to this place as the word shady is a very good description of this place... Mind you, after receiving my quote, I felt like I was being pressured into making a decision.. Also, I didn't see any kind of documentation I have seen at other reputable dentists, such as the license , how long they have been in business.. Shoot, the doctor didn't even tell me his name! What a bunch of bs... Never ever again. 0 stars for wasting my damn time.

I had tooth pain and called all around. I made an appointment with them here and they called the day before to remind me I had an appointment (which I appreciated). I came in just for an exam. I needed 2 teeth pulled. They helped me, very quickly (as I was on my lunch break) and professionally. They offered me a great deal, and did not charge for the ex-rays. They gave me prescriptions that were free at Meijers. So even though I was not expecting any of this, they were fast, affordable as possible and kind. I even got a call the next day to see how I am doing. I will recommend them and be back my self in the future. Thank you Discounted Dental

My little son needed to have his teeth pulled from bottle decay. A dentist in Macomb that had I-pads in waiting room for kids to play on wanted to charge me $650 w/NO anesthetic! Discounted Dental only charged me $350 with local anesthetic! What's crazy is my son was calm at this office even before medicine. Like as if he could feel the dentist's calmness. Anyways not only was this place a great price, but also very clean, and very kind and gentle. So glad I came here and would highly recommend anyone and everyone to this place.

*beware of fraud* this dental practice committed fraud with my care credit account. i have 100% proof that dr. berry and his dental practice took advantage of my pain and my situation. they quoted me $3200 for 4 root canals after my insurance. i told them that i did not have money for this - they hustled me into opening a care credit account. after i found another dental practice that quoted me $1200 for 4 root canals, i kindly cancelled my appointment, however, still got charged $3200 on my care credit account for work that was never done. i had to file a fraud report against discount dental to get my money back - in which i got charged $400 for dental impressions or risk not getting any of my money back. rana b. is an employee of discount dental, she was the dental assistant that made a copy of my refund to care credit. rana b. only has one review and it's this dental office. another case of fraud. please beware. go elsewhere.
