Packard Family Dentistry

I'm so happy with my experiences with the dentists at Packard Family Dentistry. Both docs and the entire staff are kind and caring and very good at their jobs.They respect my time and I rarely have to wait more than a minute or two for my appointment. My crown replacement went smooth and fast with minimal discomfort. I cannot recommend this family practice highly enough, they're wonderful.

Dr. Rashid has given me extraordinary dental care. I came in to have an to have an old crown replaced, and found that I was having issues with other crowns that were not fitted properly by previous dentists. I also had some old silver fillings removed and replaced with safer material that won’t crack my teeth requiring more crowns. Today, my gums no longer bleed when I brush, I can floss comfortably, and I have no more sensitivity and discomfort from poor fitting crowns. The final touch is Invisalign Treatment which is almost completed. I am beyond pleased with my care from Dr. Rashid and the amazing staff at Packard Family Dentistry.

I just happened to come upon a brochure for Packard Family Dentistry, after I learned I might need gum surgery from another practice. The surgery was a week away and I needed a second opinion. Dr. A saw me right away and gave me the absolute low-down on my problem and multiple scenarios to choose from for solving it. He was totally honest, engaged, warm, humorous and kind. He helped me immensely. He is hands-down the most thorough, thoughtful and pleasant dentist I've ever met.

Didn't have the best experience here. They only took 6 intake X-rays and missed 2 big areas of decay in my teeth. The office staff was friendly though!!

Had Theresa do my teeth cleaning. She is very professional and does a great job . Makes it a pleasure to go to the dentist . Thanks Theresa !

Truly a great place to have your teeth worked on. I have very high anxiety when I go to the dentist and they take that very seriously, explaining what they'll do, asking how I'm doing, and generally being very kind. If you're scared of the dentist, come here, after a few visits you'll feel right at home.

Love Dr A and his staff at Packard Family Dentistry!! Everyone is so friendly and nice. It goes a long way when you have a child who is not yet comfortable and they make the experience less intimidating! It’s so much easier now than ever before

Lovely staff, great communication, and no surprise billing since they inquire with insurance and send a pre treatment estimate (my estimate was no different than the actual cost). They are primarily cosmetic which means when doing fillings and other work they are interested in the best look and feel for your teeth. I left with two fixed teeth within an hour (-:

Dr A is very gentle in his approach which makes the appointments much easier. He tells you ahead of time when he's going to do something and is also very friendly and answers any questions you may have.

Clean office, friendly staff, easy in and out. Always feel comfortable and never dread going to the dentist! Theresa is great always in a great mood and makes getting your teeth cleaned a breeze. 10/10

Great team! We’ve been visiting Packard family dentistry since We moved to MI. They provide the best care and most importantly they make you feel like a family member. The whole team is professional and greets us with a smile:) My wife and I do our checkup regularly and needed filings without any issues. Dr. Rashid and Dr. Alsamerai are awesome. We trust their work completely and all of the has been outstanding! There was some issues with our insurance coverage and they decided to waive this for us. We are really thankful to the Doctors, assistants, hygienists and the rest of office management team. One more bonus of visiting this office is they speak multiple languages. I called with lots of questions about pricing and they were so extremely helpful! Really went above and beyond what any other office I've called said and did. She was very honest and gave me advice moving forward to ask if an office is in-network. I really appreciate the honesty, patience, and assistance I was given!

Kind,caring and professional

Unprofessional and rude. I have filled all paperwork online couple of days before my wife's appointment, however when she visited they demanded the full amount upon her exit without checking our insurance and demanded it right away; my wife asked you want $224 now and doctor Teba said yes; so my wife paid. When my wife told me, I called them and demanded a full refund because they need to bill our insurance first then send us a bill of any copay and they said they don't have our insurance information although I filled it online (again unprofessional). so I gave them the insurance information over the phone and they said their biller comes on Friday so I have to wait (it was Tuesday). On Friday they emailed me record release forms (i.e. rudely telling us transfer to another dentist), then after couple of hours called and said they billed my insurance and want to use our money as a copy for next appointments, I asked how much did the insurance cover and they said 100% and I said refund it then, they said we will write a check and cancel your wife's appointment (how rude, I didn't tell them to cancel), I asked why not refund it on the same card? they said they can't and I am still waiting for the check to arrive. so when they want money they want it immediately and when they must pay a refund, they delay as much as they can (just unprofessional). I have asked for my wife's x-rays and they emailed them to me but they never got my wife's consent to release her medical records to me. This is illegal and they should know better but they are unprofessional. Lastly; they never admitted any fault or apologized.

I have been taking my family to this dentist office for a few years now and we found Packard Dentistry after having a terrible experience with a couple other dentist offices including other natural/holistic dentists in the area. I appreciate the evidence based dental care while keeping a holistic approach. We’ve had safe filling amalgam removals here which is hard to find. I also trust this office with my kids and overall have had a very positive experience. Everyone is friendly and the office has a great welcoming atmosphere.

I am so thankful I found this place. The staff and both Dentist are extremely kind. They care about their patients, they use the best products out there and skip out on the toxic stuff ( ex fluoride). All the rooms and bathrooms are spotless and clean. Air purifiers are on in every room and everyone wears masks. I came here after my lifelong dentist retired and one of those corporate chain dentistry companies took over his office. I thought I’d test them out. Upon my first visit there they told me my teeth were so bad I need 3 crowns. It was going to cost $15,000 with insurance! I went for a second opinion here at Packers Family Dental and was told my teeth just needed fillings. They explained everything and told me in the future I might need crowns but for now I did not. It was only $120 with my insurance. I was so relieved I found a place that cares about saving my teeth and saving me pain and money !
