Great staff. I misunderstood the plan for my first visit and requested to have just a cleaning without X-rays. The dentist and technician explained the reason for needing to do both and they accommodated a cleaning for me that same day even though I had apparently only scheduled a first visit for full X-rays (every 5 years they do more X-rays). I sincerely appreciate them explaining the reasons behind the X-rays and for adding the cleaning same day. This was the most thorough dental exam I’ve ever had, which explains why I was not scheduled for both in one day. The care here is fantastic and I will be a referring others to this great practice!

Very impressed with the dental hygienists and Dr. Williams, both have always been so friendly. However, checking out, is a completely different experience. Not once have I had a friendly person during check out. They barely say hello and/or goodbye. It’s not a good way to finish an appointment.
