Apparently if you miss 2 appointments in 4 years they still won't allow you to make an appointment ever again... Even tho my wife had work done there last May and they had no problem collecting those payments. People have busy lives and mistakes happen but to just dismiss you and your wife when you need dental help is ridiculous! Hopefully off to find a new dentist, hopefully one where the head of the office isn't so rude.

I enjoyed my dental hygienist a lot. She was very friendly and did an incredible job explaining what she was going to do prior to doing it. The Dentist I had that day did a fine job, and was thorough, actually took time to truly look at my teeth and gums as well as my jaw, but he did a bit too much of the “upsell”. I’ll absolutely be returning.

In all of my life of going to dentists which is always traumatic this was the FIRST dental place to give me hardly any anxiety about being there. Since moving to Alexandria a couple years ago I didn't have a local dentist. Not only did they listen but they didn't judge for the fact I've avoided the dentist due to my own fears/trauma/anxiety. They were able to get me in the same day to get two teeth removed. I recieved such wonderful service! We were concerned our newborn had a lip tie. Setting up an appointment was very easy and the staff on the phone was very kind and willing to work with us since we needed to travel a bit. When we got there all the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. The consult confirmed our thoughts and taught us more about lip and tongue ties. They were able to fix her lip tie the day in a very quick procedure and she seems to be in very little pain if any!
