Third time to Andover Family Dentistry. Each visit is a pleasant one. I used to hate going to the dentist. It is no big deal anymore. Dr Floeder does a great job. Had a root canal today. Didn't feel a thing. Sitting here tonight completely pain free!

I have had anxiety about going to the dentist for 10 years due to having receding gums and severe sensitivity during cleanings. A bad experience at my previous dental provider only worsened my fears (root canal without sufficient time for Novocain to work). I had to be put on nitrous oxide for cleanings and all other work as well. After my bad experience, I decided it was time to switch to Andover Family Dentistry. Dr. Floeder was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Marie, the hygienist, asked me if I thought I could do my appointment without nitrous oxide and told me she would go very slow, making sure I was comfortable. I was skeptical, but I made it through the entire appointment and was comfortable! I never thought I would be able to do that without the help of laughing gas. Marie was always asking if I was ok and made me at ease. She and Dr Floeder were very accommodating and considerate. The front staff is great too. I recommend this clinic to everyone!!!

We just had a dental cleaning appointment for both my girls age 4 & 6. We are new patients, & both Tiffany & Dr. Hill were amazing! Both were so gentle, fun, polite, respectful, & have great dental knowledge. The receptionist was wonderful as well. We had to switch insurance & I was worried about starting at a new dental office, especially with young kids. I don't normally write a lot of reviews, but this place was outstanding so I wanted to share. I work in health care, so it's nice to see such wonderful people who have such great bedside manner. I highly recommend this clinic.
