I used to go here back in the early 2000's when I was uninsured and had to pay cash. I never had any trouble with my dental work and never thought much of it. I married my wife, got insured, and had to start going to other dentists. I always had trouble no matter who I saw. I had a filling pull out of a tooth a couple weeks ago and the dentist I saw said I needed a root canal and crown. It wasn't giving me trouble but hey, I'm not a dentist. I had to make an appointment somewhere else because that office didn't do root canals. In my search for a covered Ortho surgery place covered by my insurance, Riverside popped into my head because he had done a crown for me years ago and did one hell of a good job. Haven't had problems in 15 years with it. Low and behold they were covered. I made an appointment. He took an X-ray numbed it up and started digging around. After exploring a bit he didn't think it was in the nerve because it wasn't super deep and I wasn't hurting. So he recommended we try filling it. He could have just as easily nicked me for a couple grand but instead he shot straight and did me right. I jokingly said, since you have some free time now do you want to just bang out another filling? He did 3 fillings and polished down 2 spots on other teeth that other dentists had left rough over the years. After my experiences of using Dr Fakhreddine in my 20's and then seeing several other dentists and then coming back to Dr Fakhreddine in my 40's, I can truly say I know what it means to have a great dentist. And that's exactly what I have with Dr Fakhreddine. Not only is his office clean and inviting but his and his staffs attitudes and bedside manner are second to none. I am honestly grateful to be going back to Riverside family dental and am really excited to get my dental work dialed in. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff and Dr Fakhreddine. You are appreciated. 💙

Been going here for years, as long as I can remember. The staff has always been very nice and always very good at explaining things, from the receptionist to the hygienists. I've been to a lot of dentists and this is the best one of all time. Kamal has always taken the time needed to do a great job of repairing my teeth whether I had insurance or not. I actually enjoy coming here, the time goes by so fast talking with everyone. They all have a great sense of humor as well. Did I mention that I drive about an hour to come here when I have dentists 5 minutes from my house? Its totally worth the drive. On a side note, another reviewer mentioned a "Roxanne" as a staff member - however there has never been a Roxanne at this location. Roxanne may have been the worst but they should come here to experience the best! You don't have to put on your red light anymore Roxanne. Keep up the great work that all of you continue to do daily. There is a dentist there right now and her name is Roxanne she is the worst. My mouth hurts so bad right now. I have 3 broken teeth and she was very rough on them. I am very unsatisfied with this worker don't get her ever .
