Twice now have they lost my appointment due to their inept online scheduling. They send reminder emails, texts, etc all stating that the appointment is confirmed. Walk through the door ON TWO SEPARATE occasions at two different locations only to have the front desk claim they don’t have one on file. So done with this place. It’s 2022, fix your online scheduling ffs and stop wasting peoples time. First lost appointment was at Park Dental Apple Valley. Second lost appointment was at Park Dental Cedar Valley. Park Dental as a whole can go kick rocks.

Worst service ever, they made me sign two estimates covering all scenarios before they work on my teeth, then after done while I’m in pain, they had me stand by the counter to make sure that I pay the full bill before I leave, then after few days I received another bill way higher than both estimates… Park dental will do whatever it takes to milk money out of you, that what they care about… not going back again

First time patient here at this Park Dental Cedar Valley. I am very happy with my visit here! The dentist was thorough and gentle and walked me through everything she was going to do. The Hygenist was amazing, and did very very good job cleaning my teeth and inspecting them for issues. I will definitely return. And I definitely recommend this location and the staff.
