Very Professional! I have been a customer since January 2005, the year of their opening. Since then, they have grown rapidly, and this comes as no surprise to me. They have the latest technology with the professionals to back it all up. On Sunday September 28th 2014 I was involved in a terrible mountain-biking accident. The helmet I was wearing did not protect my face/teeth from the rocky trail. I ended-up in the emergency room. They said I needed an oral-surgeon and a dentist. Dr.'s Jeannie and John Foss came to my rescue on what was probably the nicest Fall day of the year! They opened-up the office and for more than two hours, proceeded to sew my face back together and put my teeth back in place. They were an absolutely amazing team. This was truly an emergency situation, and they dropped everything on a beautiful Sunday. This is what TRUE PROFESSIONALS do. I plan to be a customer for life and highly recommend them to anyone.

We as a family have been going to this dentist since we moved to the area 6 years ago. We have always questioned the proposed treatment plans and suggestions all 5 of us have been given. It was very extreme compared to our dental office we went to in st cloud. The most recent frustration has been for a root canal and crown I personally had done. I have had continuous pain in the tooth ever since the procedures. Ive went back multiple times for adjusments, etc and have come to no resolution. Every symptom i have feels like a failed root canal. I was told that my only option is to go to a specialist and all expenses would be out of my pocket. I have lost pay taking off work, been dealing with the pain for months and am very frustrated with the outcome. We are in the process of finding a new dental office. I feel Dr Foss is always rushed with every visit and they arent willing to admit if they possibly did something wrong in my procedure or are not willing to warranty it.
