The entire Aspen Dental family was truly amazing. They made me feel comfortable and not ashamed. They truly cared about what was going on with me. They change some other stuff around to take care of my needs. Thank you all, a special thank you the doctor, Ashley, Beth and Dawn.

I had an appointment. They wanted me to schedule about 3 different things. They haven’t answered since. For weeks. And now they just immediately hung up on me. Didn’t ask me to hold or anything. I heard the phone pick up then slam and hang up. No voicemail option nothing. Something is wrong with this office.

Last July, my husband went in to get a tooth pulled which was around 450$. Later they told him he needed to make another appointment to get a "deep cleaning" and they said the total would be around 1,500?!? That's absurdly expensive for very poor work they did on my husband. Will not EVER come back and will be warning EVERYONE not to go there!

My appointment with Kip went great, he is in the process of making my permanent dentures. Looking forward to having a big smile on my face again, as I did prior to my dental problems. Watch for my update when completed.!

I was in for final computer images & x ray before getting my permanent bridge. Everyone was very friendly. It just has been a very long process around 20 months since my former present bridge came out due to an infection behind one of the crowns. Sometimes I have been a bit impatient due to the longevity of the process but feel they are doing a very good & thorough job of this 5 tooth bridge with 3 implants. Thank you all very much! J M W

The only place that takes my insurance, sadly. Through my insurance plan I get free cleanings and exams, Aspen tries to charge me for them EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in. I’ve tried to be understanding in the past but when staff members aren’t willing to work with you to resolve an error that is obviously on their end, it becomes extremely frustrating to deal with. Every receptionist that works there acts like it’s the end of the world when they have to do a little more outside of just checking you in. They also never sent over my X-rays for my wisdom tooth removal to a different office (called at least 3 times and they said they would/did) and it ended up causing a lot of trouble and I had to pay for more X-rays through a different place. If you can get past the absolute chaos of the front desk and billing process that they can never figure out nor do they seem to want to, the dentist and hygienist are extremely friendly and I haven’t had a bad experience in the chair.

Was much happier this visit, the team was very kind and did their jobs well. I’ll be back to get the rest of my fillings completed!

Very accommodating and understanding

BEWARE! Went to Aspen dental last year because it was the only dentist my insurance would cover. I scheduled a routine cleaning and exam. I was told that I needing 13 fillings and a "deep cleaning". I later called and asked if I could just get a regular cleaning as I thought that was what my appointment was for. They said it goes against their policy to do a regular cleaning if a deep cleaning is needed... I've never been told I need a deep cleaning before in my life and have relatively nice teeth. Anyways, went back in to get properly examined for this "deep cleaning" and it was determined I didn't need it after all (which they were going to charge me $400+ for) and received the routine cleaning. Something felt off about the fillings they were recommending and the bill was going to be over $5,000 with insurance.. I decided to wait, switch insurances, and go back to my regular dentist instead. I just visited my regular dentist and I have NO CAVITIES and was recommended NO WORK. Absolutely insane!!

The wait time was very short and the office is adorable. I'm terrible with names but every girl who helped me was amazing! You can truly tell that you all CARE about your patients healthcare and well being. I had a really infected tooth and they got me in the next day after I've contacted half a dozen places to be seen and get this tooth out. I'm going back the very next day to get my tooth out. Thank you guys :)

Thorough , professional, kind. Never pushed anything just gave the options with the option of doing nothing if that was my choice. I have severe dental anxiety. FINALLY…people who understood and went at my pace. I have a lot of serious work to be done. I’m not looking forward to it but feel confident Dr. Cat and everyone will truly support me all the way.

Service was great, just initial exam, but DEVIOUS practice of call center saying anything (that they'll work with most insurance companies & can work something out) to get you in the door, and then office will refuse to bill your insurance. I had to threaten with a complaint, then they passed the bill.

Don’t use the online appointment system!!! Made an emergency appointment online Sunday for 7:15am and was told the system just overrides other appointments and I could come back at 11:30!!! Nope won’t do business with someone that can’t even work the appointments!!! #avoid
