I’m either getting ignored, my phone call doesn’t ring for long or I’m not getting a phone call back at the end of the day when I’ve been trying to be in contact since this morning when it’s open.

Said they can’t schedule me because I missed an appointment that I never missed because it wasn’t scheduled because I moved away for two years. Then they don’t answer and just hang up on everyone. Another dental office told me to report them to the state because there’s weird stuff going on here with insurance and accepting patients they are supposed to.

I have had half my teeth removed here and it's been difficult for me transportation wise to get back there and they have been good about working with me to get in... Was expecting alot of pain having half my mouth removed and surprised after 12 hours I had basically none..I got tomorrow for the other half and am confident it will be just as good as my visits before

I wish I could give zero stars. I had some work done, a few days later I ended up with an infection that landed me in the emergency room. I tried following up with my dentist and they basically told me to deal with or pay 2000 for a procedure that might not work. On top of it, when he was doing the filling he seemed confused like he had never done it before. Never go here.

I had a root canal and a few fillings done here, all but one are doing great over 6 months later. But one has been causing me pain intermittently since it was done in March. The dentist who did this decided to just do a filling not a root canal that was planned. It has now got to the point I cannot chew food without pain. Between then and now I’ve made multiple check ups and been told to wait it out, and that there’s nothing on the X-ray to indicate cause for my pain. Finally today with the severe pain I called to the emergency dentist in town to see if they can help it. I have mostly good work done here but the one thing that has not been good is agonizing and possibly unnecessary.

Dentist are good but reception staff need customer service training very unprofessional and rude didn't like the attitude they gave me.very judgmental in my opinion

Worst. Don't even bother scheduling because you'll show up and it'll be something else they are doing instead. Or move your appointment 5 times. Waste of money the whole place

The front desk ladies are strict for a state government based dental place. They are not forgiving in late times. Pretty aggressive with cleaning/ looking at teeth and not the best at customer service. Horrible late policy; if you’re late 10+ minutes they just cancel your appointment, no call or anything. The patient i drove to this facility was late because of a HEALTH reason and they made the patient wait even longer because we were 14 minutes late, which I understand a little but just canceling without calling first? Not very friendly or the best for dental work.

Very awesome with my kids when they were afraid now they aren't I respect how wonderful they are with all types of children 😀

Waited three hours for my boyfriend to get tooth pulled that has been causing him a lot of pain. The appointment was scheduled for 1240, then got told we werent even able to be seen. We drove two and a half hours to get here only to be told we cant get seen. This happens every time we come too.

This dental clinic is quite decent compared with other dentist ! They don’t suggest unnecessary treatment ! This is from my own experience ! Different people have different experiences anyway ! I was a patient but since I move away from Bemidji, I can’t be their patient any more ! Anyway take good care of your teeth!

The lady that cleaned my daughter's teeth was so friendly. She showed her every tool and explained how to use it. She kept my child calm with ease.

Do their phones not have any ringers on? I've spent the last 45 minutes trying to call their number and get a hold of someone, to ask ONE simple question; and I have not gotten ONE single answer. How was I even able to make an appointment with this business, in the first place? What's the point of a having a phone system, if no one ever answers the phone???

The dentist and their assistants. One dowhere very pleasant and kind. The front desk people are rude, super rude.....and I still don't know why it takes 4 different doctors to get anything done

I thought it was a good experience, they don’t ALWAYS want parents I the room because they are taking xrays , to make sure your kids mouths are healthy, I LOVED the dentist and dental assistants, she talked my son through what she was doing, had cool names for the toothbrush and straw, I will be bringing the kids back !

I know from other people they provide great care. The 2 stars are for extra rudeness of staff answering phone's. Called to enquire if accepting new patients was asked which insurance which is a federal dental plan was told don't accept any federal plan's. Called two weeks ago was told different don't accept private insurance either, asked what did they accept? The web site lists them as accepting all insurance plans from Federal government. We haven't updated yet and hung up Wow!!

Two years after having dental work done, I wish I could have my money back to use a different dentist. I had 3 fillings and a chipped tooth repaired. I've had one filling fall out a few months ago and the chip repair fell out last night while i was sleeping... kinda just wondering if the other two fillings will even stay in. The people were nice, which is the only reason I give it a 2 star. I won't use them again for dental work.

Do not bring your children to this place. These people are extremely judgmental, they do not want to truly help you or your children. They use the fact that they are the only dentist in a hundred miles to accept Prime West to bully and shame people. Do not bring them your business. Do not give them your money. Highly not recommend. Do not fund these bullies with state money. NOT RECOMMENDED
