They changed the status of our insurance without informing us. They claimed to have sent a letter. We never received one. My parents also are patients and never received one either. We were then told it was posted in the waiting room, we were never directed to it or told about the change. I was never asked to sign a form that states I would cover the excess of the contractual difference my insurance allows. Bad practice. I have been a patient for over 20 years, however will no longer be one.

I have a confession, I cheated on my regular dentist (this one). Please forgive me, I now know your service is so much better than others in the area. I will not be taking my kids anywhere but here! Your customer service, your professionalism, and your actual work in the mouth. I will not be trying out another dentist again. If you have to choose between big lake and let's just say monti ;) choose big lake and choose corner oaks!

A visit to the dentists here is a great experience. Dr. Reed Dill listens very well, answers all of my questions, and makes sure I'm comfortable. He's great with our kids too. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienest and assistants are all friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Corner Oaks Family Dental.

I have 2 experiences to share about Corner oaks Family Dental. I had to go to the dentist for a broken tooth, so they had to take out the old filling and put in a new one, plus I had another cavity they had to drill, a few weeks back; now I have such extreme high, high anxiety for going and being at the dentist. (My body will shake uncontrollably and I cannot stop it) When I went they were so great to work with! They really worked hard at making sure I was as comfortable as possible and checking to make sure I was doing ok through the whole procedure. They would explain everything they would do and why and was always making sure I was ok and feeling ok. It was the first time my body did not shake! Afterwards, I was talking with Dr Reed Dill and he was so kind and had kind words for me. My second experience working with them was Wednesday March 24th, had to bring my granddaughter in for teeth cleaning. WOW FANTASTIC, is all I can say! The way his employee, Casey, worked with my granddaughter was unbelievable! Always telling her what she was going to do first, making sure she was doing good, feeling good, seeing if she need a drink of water and praising my granddaughter throughout the cleaning procedure. Even when Casey had to let her know she has to brush better on the lose tooth, she was kind and good about it. Did not make her feel ashame. After my granddaughter appointment, she told me she really liked Casey and going to the Dentist, they are so nice. Thank you Corner Oaks and Dr Reed Dill!

So far, I'm a beginner patient here (Big Lake) and had my first appointment. The main lady I saw, by chance was in the day when I had a bit of an emergency with a chipped tooth and a business trip the following day. Her name is Dr. Laura Dill, DDS. I was worried it was late notice, but she ignored it! She did it anyway! I smiled in the mirror in my truck for awhile because I was admiring how outstanding of a dentist she is. If you are looking for a caring, and top tier dentist, GO TO LAURA! I don't need to give this place another shot, my teeth are now perfect, I'm sold!
