Was denied service after waiting 1.75 hours. I drove 45 minutes for a simple tooth extraction. I was MINUTES from having it pulled when they decided they couldn’t do it because they don’t have a finger heart monitor (I have a small heart defect.) Having a heart monitor would do NOTHING. Having my tooth pulled would do NOTHING to my heart. I was also given referrals to two other oral surgeons that are completely useless because I have to have a examination before they could pull it. I’ve never had such a terrible time at the dentist. Now I have to visit a non holistic dentist and potentially put my health in danger because this place is unprepared and uneducated.

Best dentist there is, hands down Very friendly and warm, plus technical expertise and improvements you wouldn't think of like ozone mouth wash and low radiation x-rays

Amazing. From making appointments to the hygienist I had to the doctor.. the place was cozy and open and felt really good being there. The hygienist took her time cleaning my teeth in detail but very gently, normally I come home sore after teeth cleaning but it did mot hurt at all! She was the best. My last dentist tried to say I needed deep cleaning that cost $$$ and skipped teeth cleaning, so I was losing faith in dentists but this place was the opposite. They made me feel better about my dental health, didn’t do or recommend any unnecessary procedures just to get the money from me or insurance. Highly recommended. Make appointment early - they book out early but it’s worth it.

I wish I could give dr. Greene And his amazing assistant 100 stars!! Had to go in fast as I broke a tooth and you could see it when I smiled so I felt horrible! They got me in and fixed me up so nice snd NO pain at all!!!! Thank you a hundred times!!

I am very happy to have found Imagine Smiles in Blaine. The dentists I have had have always been caring, helpful and thorough when answering questions. Kendall, my hygienist is awesome! Especially if you dislike and fear dentists like myself (I've had some bad ones in the past!). I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in the area looking for an improved and positive experience for your dental health.

After calling literally the entire list of clinics on the IAOMT WEBSITE for MN. I chose this clinic because they seemed very knowledgeable about my situation involving AMALGAM fillings. I was having the worst anxiety today going in for my consult, explaining what happened and how scared I was to even have my teeth cleaned much less dental surgery. The young woman who I initially spoke with who took images, was super great! She asked a lot of questions and was very knowledgeable. Just overall pleasant and made me feel welcome. Dr. Green was fantastic! He listened to everything (even though I was so anxious I probably stammered half of what I was saying), and was genuinely bothered by what I had gone thru with another dentist. He made sure all my questions were answered. Super kind caring people! I highly recommend these folks!

I had my biannual cleaning last summer. I had a very small cavity that needed fixing, but I also had larger silver fillings. Imagine smiles recommended replacing them so they don't make me sick later, even though they were causing me absolutely no trouble. They were also on my primary chewing side. August I got the cavity repaired and replaced the silver fillings..after the initial sensitive period, my replacement filling was painful to chew on and would throb randomly. I went back in and it appeared I needed my bite corrected, which we did. After that sensitive period (about a month I gave it), I went back because I still could not chew without pain.they corrected my bite some more, continually drilling/shaving my tooth away. I think I had a 3rd bite correction but I can't really remember... I had my biannual cleaning again in March and I told them I could eat bread and soft things, but would feel pain with anything crunchy. They did another test and suspected that I had a crack in my tooth, and was told this was due to the silver filling. Now, mind you, I was having NO ISSUES with the tooth before replacing this filling. Now, I am not a dental hygienist, but I suspect that they caused this crack due to drilling too hard/deep/or too much during bite corrections. They stated I needed a crown to repair this. They "submitted" an insurance claim to view coverage. About a month later, they sent a letter that they were no longer going to accept my insurance in May. I called them to see the status on insurance and the claim was never submitted. They stated they would submit it, but could get me scheduled and I could pay them typically co-pay which would be about $500. I don't recommend this practice because I feel like they should repair what I feel like they potentially caused.

Friendly staff, they make you feel very relaxed and welcome. I have been to Dr Green twice now with last minute tooth emergency's and he has fit me in and done an amazing job!

Dr. Green is an amazing dentist. I have had a couple crowns and just recently had a filing for a cavity. He is thorough, professional, fast and caring. He does a great job of taking total care of your oral hygiene without 'selling' you work you do not need. Kendall is a great hygienist. The entire staff at Imagine Smiles is friendly, caring and professional. If you are looking for a dentist, Dr. Green's office is the best.

We have been going to see Dr. Green for a long time - he is now in his 3rd different building that I have been to. He's done it all for me - implants, crowns, fillings. Always great treatment and Anne is outstanding for the cleaning, X-rays, etc. Highly recommend this group for people of all ages.

Imagine Smiles is a great! We always bring the whole family, and they always greet us with a warm welcome. Our children love it there and they always want to come back. The staff and everyone who we encounter are friendly and wonderful to be around. If you are looking for a new dentist, look no more, you've found it!

Despite COVID, this practice is incredibly safe. My bar is high with COVID precautions, and this practice wears masks, cleans rigorously between patients, and most importantly makes me feel safe. I bring my entire family (2.5 yrs to 38 yrs). Dr. GREEN'S practice has high standards, rigorous protocols, incredible customer service, exceptional bedside manors, and most importantly, individualized care.

Imagine Smiles was recommended to me and my husband by my mother-in-law, and I can see why she liked them so much! I've only been there twice, but both times the staff and Dr. Green were very friendly and caring during the appointments. I'm definitely staying with them!

Our family went to this dentist about a month ago for a cleaning. The other day I received a invoice in the amount of $10.00 for a Covid 19 surcharge. I called and talked to their staff of which stated we received an email a few weeks starting they had to do a surcharge of $10.00 for PPE given the increase in costs. In review of their billing to our insurance company I realized they they didn’t bill them for the Covid 19 surcharge of $10.00. Therefore, I reached out to our insurance and was told they don’t and won’t pay for the Covid 19 surcharge since that is part of doing business. I explained that Imagine Smiles was trying to pass that cost onto me. The insurance representative stated that since Imagine Smiles was a in network provider they are not allowed to charge there clients or them the surcharge. The representative placed me on hold and put them on the phone of which they stated they would remove the charge. After the call I called Imagine Smiles back and asked why they were trying to pull a fast one, knowing full well they couldn’t bill my insurance or myself since they were a in network provider. Their response was no has complained about except for me. Be aware of their business model. They have to pay for there new building somehow at the expense of you the customer!!

This place is the worst dental practice ever. The office staff is rude, crude and obnoxious. They charge you for stuff you do not need. When you try to discuss a bill or an improper charge they try to put up smoke and mirrors with their answers. I will never go there again
