I accompanied my Father to his appointment for new dentures, we both were very impressed with the professional staff and the care they showed. My Dad was very happy with pricing and really liked his experience.

I had my first appointment which was FREE!!, X rays and everything. They are very friendly and thorough.

UPDATE: I was diagnosed with periodontitis by this practice. I was told that I would need a perio cleaning (not covered by insurance) every 3 months. Yet when I show up for my 3 month cleaning, they all of a sudden cancel my appointment because my insurance changed and they "didn't want me to have to pay a lot." You should NEVER jeopardize a patients health because of insurance issues (which were all their fault anyway. I called the day before to tell them my insurance had changed and they said they would take care of it at my appointment, but my appointment was scheduled too early in the morning before Health Partners was open, so they couldn't call to confirm my coverage and instead refused me service). The real icing on the cake though, is that I switched to another dentist and they told me I had NO SIGNS OF PERIODONTITIS. None. In fact they said everything looked good. I will be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau and will be exploring any legal remedies for medical malpractice. A complete and utter scam. AVOID AVOID AVOID.This place is a sham. Completely unprofessional and rude service. I was asked by them to reschedule twice, and then they couldn’t get me in for another month! Also, they asked me to prepay for my next visit which I think is a really shady practice. The only reason I came here is because this one of the few places that takes my insurance. Avoid at all costs!

I wish I could give negative stars! Worst customer treatment ever! DO NOT GO THERE! They told me they need verbal confirmation you are coming, or they will cancel the appointment and that they call a few days in advance, oh and that they call twice actually, but they never called, never emailed and never left any sort of message and canceled our appointment after we drove across town in the snow to make the appointment! All the women there have massive attitude problems and absolutely ZERO customer service skills! DO NOT GO THERE!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Not only did we get a quick appointment for an emergency, all staff was very helpful, respectful and nice. Dad and I are so greatful for everyone who works here. Thank you so much for you care, clarity, understanding and easy to understand plan and instructions. Bless you all

I went there for a cleaning and a denture lining. I didn't get either one instead I was tricked into signing up for care credit for other services I didn't need I didn't go there to end up in debt.Aspen dental is a scam

Sara is exemplary in her work! She is not just extremely capable but she tells other techs what she is doing and why in a manner that is professional, practical and never talking down to anyone. Likewise, her comments to me as the patient were consistently positive, informative and very helpful. Her knowledge shines through all she does!!

The dental hygienists are great here but the financial department is terrible. Nobody will run my family's bill through insurance. Its been about 5 months and they are threatening to put it in collections rather than submit to insurance. We even had BCBS call them and walk them through how to submit a claim. Its ridiculous! We are very frustrated and refuse to pay for a bill for which we are covered. It seems like a scam at this point.

I had a friendly experience with everyone especially Sara :). She welcomed me in the minute l walked in the door. I enjoyed my visit. I would highly recommend Brooklyn Center Aspen Dental to more people.

The old lady at the front desk with the glasses and curly gray hair is horrible and unfriendly. Came in, not a hello or acknowledgment and when I told her I had an appointment she just had an attitude.

I recommend this location. I had an excellent experience during my visit the staff was really friendly and I would like to especially give thanks to the hygienist Yoah, she did a great job helping relieve my tooth problem and she was also very polite as well as very informative. I would definitely recommend this location.
