Today I saw Dr. Grean and had the absolute best experience! I hadn’t been to the dentist in 12 years due to having anxiety over how uncomfortable having dental work can be. Everything was completely comfortable and painless! The staff are so kind and thorough, and since it had been just over a decade since I had last been to the dentist, naturally I had a few cavities which Dr Grean was able to fill same day, and I didn’t even feel a thing. I feel so fortunate to have found Buffalo Family Dentistry, and now I will have no hesitation about coming in for regular cleanings and visits.

The dentist and assistants are great but there business practices on the other hand are very disappointing! We are taking our dental care elsewhere as we no longer feel comfortable even walking into this dentist office!

The lady that worked on my teeth was great, super nice and helped me make my decision about my retainer, but the lady I spoke to at the front desk spoke to me in a very ruid and dismissive tone I felt like she didn't care about me as a person or a customer. She has spoke to me like this many times and I felt very unwanted in her presence.

We got a quote for a bridge for my husband after months of saving for this. We went through we saved enough YEAH. They did a great job. Then I get a call saying that the quote that was given was wrong and we need to pay an additional 900 plus dollars. They miss quoted us. When calling after everything was done they were rude and unwilling to settle this account. I was hung up on and I was not being rude in anyway. I am a very patient person I worked in the business also. Am very unhappy would never recomend to anyone. They will not take responsibility for there mess up. I get people make mistakes we are human. Take responsibility for your mistake it was not ours and we have to pay for it.
