Upon arrival, I was more than impressed. Everything was super clean & you can tell Tweet pays attention to all of the details. We came in for a tongue tie revision for a two month old. Dr. Conrad & her staff were so professional along with empathetic & I could tell I was in good company of other moms. I cannot wait to also take my three year old there for cleanings! So far, he has loved coming in to play with the train set that is in the room off of the waiting room (we always have to end up staying just a little longer for that reason). All in all, I would highly recommend Tweet. Getting procedures are never fun, but it definitely helps knowing your kids are with people who truly has a passion for giving them the best care possible.

Went to the dental office. The hygienist was kind, but the dentist came back, didn’t introduce herself, asked my 3 year old daughter if she could look in her mouth and she said “no”. So the dentist took off her gloves and said “okay then I’m not going to. Come back when you’re ready” and walked away. Should not be working with children. Horrible people skills. She didn’t even try and ask her more than once.

I have 2 children, my daughter is neurotypical and my son is neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD, epilepsy). I have made it clear what his special needs are, he will need more time, requested private room, etc. If your child is neurotypical, can sit still, readily allows a stranger in their mouth-sure, Dr. Tori is acceptable, even sweet and super friendly. My daughter is an angel and does fine there. However, if your child has special needs, requires extra attention, patience and compassion-DO NOT go to Tweet. We have tried to remain patient with Dr. Tori’s care, gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time my son and I left in tears…maybe she was having a bad day. But today it happened again and we will never go back. The hygienists are lovely and have been wonderful with my son, so gentle and kind. But, Dr. Tori does nothing to even try to put my son at ease. She is rude, impatient, disrespectful in her tone of voice. When I asked questions about sedation dentistry, she interrupted me, with short and curt responses. She gives up on the cleaning/exam very quickly when it’s not going HER way, when maybe all my child needs is a short break and try again. She doesn’t have any understanding and compassion for children with special needs. Just so incredibly discouraging. How can you be a pediatric dentist and treat special needs children and their families with such disrespect?

I called for more information on being seen there and I was told they are not taking new patients and that they reevaluate on a month to month basis. They instructed me to call back in a month and check.. no option for a wait list or anything.

Best experience! My daughter is special needs and rarely lets people near her mouth, Dr. Tori was just amazing and made my daughter so comfortable to do a full exam.

Complete idiots.

Our experience here was SO MUCH BETTER than the other pediatric dentist we saw (check out my reviews if you're curious who it was - they're a large clinic in Edina). I definitely recommend Tweet!

We came to Tweet after we were told at our original Dentist that my son would need a root canal and potentially a crown. They referred us to a pediatric Dentist since they work with kids all day and have a different atmosphere the kids feel comfortable in. And boy were we happy we went. From the beginning, my son loved the art work on the walls, to how great the staff was! They treated him like the little person he is and spoke with him in such a way that made him feel so comfortable. Then when it came to treating him they went with a less invasive option to stop any more harm to happen to his little tooth. They even called his cap a ninja tooth which he loved and had to show everyone! We are so happy we found Dr. Conrad and her amazing staff, and look forward to future appointments with them!!

I typically do not write reviews but the service and facility is top notch here. Every person I encountered was friendly and catered to my kids. They not only cater to kids but also cater to adults. There is great seating so you can watch your little ones get their cleaning. They have activities in the waiting room to keep them occupied rather than sitting there getting them all worried about the dentist. I live about 20 minutes away from here but would drive over an hour to take my kids to this dentist over another one.

LOVE Dr. Conrad and her team! My 4yo. was definitely skeptical about going into his appt. but her and the team did such a great job with talking him through everything and really just going at his pace and not forcing any of it. Thank you gals so much for all you do -- looking forward to coming back.

Beyond happy with how my kiddo was guided on the treatment he had to go through. The team that helped him made him feel calm which is not always an easy task. No issues whatsoever. There’s a reason we drive 30 miles to visit Tweet!

Who knew the dentist could be so much fun! My 2.5 year old loved the tablets and train table in the waiting room, the TVs on the ceiling during her visit, and the prize machine before going home. I loved that the staff were all super friendly and that they interacted with my daughter in such a friendly and age-appropriate way by giving simple directions, providing frequent praise, singing engaging songs, etc. All I had to do was sit back and relax!

My kids love Dr Tori and her staff, they have always been so friendly and welcoming. They are so great with the kids! I wish I could go to Tweet for my checkups as well!

Highly reccomend! Exceeded my expectations in every category

I was so nervous to bring my 1 year old in for tooth staining due to a supplement, I kept thinking she's too young, she hated people looking in her mouth, etc. They were wonderful!! They knew when to push and when to stop. They removed the staining quickly and made the experience a positive one! We will definitely be long term patients!!
