Gentle Dentistry - Cottage Grove Office

Dr. Smith is a great dentist, I followed her from south Minneapolis office when it closed to the current office because I wasn't willing to let a good dentist go, office staff and hygienists are also sweethearts def recommend! ❤️

My experience was awesome. Friendly staff. Also the dentist I seen was awesome she explained everything to me before she started. I would recommend my friends and family to go here for there dental needs

Very through and knowledgeable cleaning

Very disappointed with their respect for customers. I had an appointment on 12/22 and when I showed up the office was closed. No note on the door. I called the office and a message said they were closed due to the weather travel advisory. So they let all their employees stay home and didn't have the courtesy to call people with appointments so we are not traveling for no reason. There were other people waiting outside as well. So everyone with appointments risked driving for no reason because they didn't feel like calling to let everyone know they would be closed.

Dentist and hygienists are good. The only issue is an insurance issue. I gave them my insurance information multiple times, and to my understanding it should of been covered. Via my current bill states it appears that they didn't run it through insurance, with a 30 day late notice.

Truth in advertising! Very gentle dentistry. It is especially nice for my kid visits.

If I could give them a zero after my mother was diagnosed with cancer she had finally got the okay from her doctor to have her teeth pulled and false teeth made (dentures) after waiting 5 months she went to go pick her dentures up and was told by the nurses the receptionist that she opt out of having her dentures made no idea where they got that idea from my mother was very upset so she contacted her insurance provider while she was on the phone with her insurance company they packed up her stuff and told her to leave.

I have been with Gentle Dentistry for over 20 years. I can honestly say they have never disappointed me. The service is top notch, they are professional and thorough. They were also able to work me into the schedule when I had an emergency arise.

Very grateful with how quickly I was able to get into see you today ,with such kindness from staff who made the fear easier as I can start looking forward to beable to live a healthier life again , Thank you so much for giving me my smile back !

The appointment was on time . All questions were answered sufficiently, office help was attentive.

Way too long of a wait, and they said one thing on the phone and another in person make sure they can for sure do what you ask before you book here.

Gentle dental, Has been the most one-on-one supportive dentist Team I've ever been to. Pain free I mean even the receptionist went out of her way to make me feel like a part of the family instead of like a bill they take pride in their work and they're not happy unless you're happy they made me feel comfortable I would recommend them to everybody I had to have a full extraction done by an Oral Surgeon that was not even from gentle dental they did my mouth my gums did not heal properly and even though I had someone else do my oral surgery. Gentle Dental Receptionist went out of her way to make sure that the place I went to covered me and got me fixed I smile now with confidence I could not find a better dentist if you're looking for someone look no further Dr Smith, Michelle and everybody at gentle dental has went out of their way for me thank you, I can now smile again with confidence.....they had my back!! And they got yours too!!!!!

I always enjoy going to the cottage Grove location everyone that works there has been very sweet to me .. I really like the lady dentist they have now 💞💞💞
