After a bad experience with the last clinic I was at, going to Aspen Dental was such a relief. Everyone was so kind and gentle, which helped calm my anxiety. Thank you!

Super fast I was in and out in 30 minutes and very minimal pain when getting numbed for fillings.

I had a fantastic experience. I was a walk-in for an emergency and they were extremely helpful. I was waiting for around 30 minutes before they called me back. The staff were all working very fast but thorough. I was originally only getting a consultation but my pain was so severe that they allowed me to take a cancellation appointment on the spot and they pulled a tooth for me right away. I was amazed. The appointment and x-rays were free and the price for extraction was very reasonable. Thank you guys! You saved me from an incredible amount of pain.

Dr. Yen and her assistant were excellent!! Dr Yen was great with pain management and very kind.

Awesome service

Adding a review fir my Mom (May Overfors). she had her first appointment with Aspen Dental in Duluth Heights. Ease of scheduling and doing patient forms online is greatly appreciated. Mom reported all staff from front office, exam room, doc, financial were very welcoming and friendly. Her dentist retired during Covid and she said she thinks she found a place. Mom was pleasantly surprised to have a woman dentist, first time to encounter and very happy! Thank you!

Haven't taken the best care of my teeth. Over the weekend I started getting extreme pain, from a tooth gone bad. So painful that I couldn't eat or sleep for 2 days. So when Monday came I was up and ready to be at Aspen dental in Duluth, Mn. As soon as they opened there doors. Didn't have an appointment. Told them it was an emergency. She talked to the dentist. Told me they would get me in. Got there at 8:00am., and was out of there at 10:30am. They kept me comfortable till they extracted my bad tooth. DEN. A. ZIMM was exceptional. The procedure was less than 10 minutes. The entire staff is extremely polite and non-judgmental. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very friendly and professional service

I specifically asked for a teeth cleaning and verified that when I arrived with the receptionist. They took all my x-rays and then told me that they would sch a teeth cleaning for a later date. I made this apt last month so I could use my insurance before the end of the year just for a cleaning. I don't need xrays nor did I want them. I just need my teeth clean which they did not provide. I certainly hope they don't try to bill my ins for x-rays, a service I did not request. They certainly can do better at communicating as well as reviewing my charts and not ask me the same questions that I had already noted for them in my charts. Very disappointing experience. Will not be back.

After suffering with this awful toothache, I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly and excellent service that Aspen provided ! They gave me a comprehensive exam, and then after a discussion with Dr. Tran, she was able to remove the troubling and difficult molars on the same day. I am very thankful.
