Hi, someone left a false one-star review of Lake Superior Dental a few months ago using my name as a way to harass me and I wanted to clear things up. My name is Bethany. I have never been to Lake Superior Dental. I am not afraid of the dentist and have never had a panic attack because of any dental visit. I have never needed any sort of "gas" from the dentist. Please delete Katelin Bigalke's one-star review that she left using my name. She's a grown adult and she knows better than to be doing things like that.

I wish I could give five stars for this clinic as I have been a loyal patient there for at least the last 18 years or more. I have always received excellent care. But the last few years, every single one of my appointments has been cancelled and rescheduled by staff there for one reason or another. Every single one. It is getting highly frustrating. I don't understand why this keeps happening to me. I am thinking about switching to another dentist. I have a very busy schedule and it's very inconvenient when my appointments are constantly having to be rescheduled, especially when I have been such a loyal customer for so many years. I also have a medical condition that makes it very important for me to stay on top of routine dental cleanings/care every six months. Sometimes my appointments have been pushed out to seven or eight months in between due to cancellations and rescheduling on the part of Lake Superior Dental.

Everyone from the front desk to the dentist himself was very kind from start to finish. Wisdom tooth was causing me a lot of pain and they were able to pull it out the next day. The Dental assistant who helped me out was amazing and also great at what she does. Dr. Anderson seemed to genuinely care and even with how extremely busy he was he took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. I am lucky to have very good dental insurance so it only cost me $110 would have been about $500 with no insurance. On top of it all I barely feel any pain the next day.

They cancelled my appointment because I had No money. Saying I had to come in only for an emergency . Welp Dr said it was an Emergency.wevee she justified why she cancelled my appointment . I went to the Hermantown dental office today and I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office! I’ve been terrified of the dentist since I was a little girl but Bethany put me at ease! She is the most amazing dental assistant and so amazingly pleasant and calming. Thank you for making this experience so easy for me. I wrote the review above two years ago and just want to add how amazing all the people are at Lake Superior Dental Associates in Hermantown are! I had an issue and they took me in last minute and fixed the irritation I had. Dr. Meaghan is so amazing!

Dr. Jeff Polzin is the most caring compassionate person I’ve ever met in my life. You know right away when he talks to you what a professional he is. I was pleasantly greeted, the kindly waited in the waiting area for only about ten minutes while looking at a picture book of the north shore. Then led to the procedure room where my Dr. Took care of a tooth with a fast acting filling in a decent time and was told I can eat anytime because the filling is that quick to set. One of the times I've been there and Pleased with everyone as well as everything.
