Gave me 10 days worth of antibiotics for a tooth infection. Scheduled me for 3 months from now. The dentist is abrasive and the scheduling is sloppy. Don't accept patients if you can't treat them when they need it, yeah ?

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in my experience with dental offices. I’m filing a grievance with the state of minnesota and insurance provider. They cancelled my moms first aptmt 15 minutes prior to her leaving the home claiming the dentist isn’t available. The receptionist who answered is very disrespectful and can’t handle anyone saying a word. Poor customer Service skills, not an organized office and takes advantage of Medicaid customers.

I had such extreme anxiety and trama from past dental work I had at previous dental offices that I refused to go in and even get my teeth cleaned until I heard about Woodland dental. I called here and let them know I was having bad dental pain and they got me in the very next day. When I got there and they informed me that I would have to have 3 root canals and one pulled I panicked but they reassured me that I wouldn't feel a thing as skeptical as I was I decided to get them done and sure enough I didn't feel a thing and they were so kind and Compassionate. I would highly recommend Woodland dental they helped me relax and have a wonderful extraction I felt absolutely nothing best dentist office thus far.. Thank you to you and your team.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I have been through a lot of abuse and drama throughout my youth at dentists, but the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Dr. Larscheid was very thorough and friendly and despite having four wisdom teeth extracted at the same time without nitrous oxide, I had a great time with lots of laughs! I highly recommend Woodland Family Dental, especially if you have a lot of dental anxiety like me!

I had a 2 hour appointment yesterday which was booked 5 weeks in advance for removal of bottom teeth. Got into chair on time and after 3 tries (last appointment it was 4) got the IV needle in. Waited 2.5 hours in chair as dentist had an emergency. Finally came in and before anesthesia set in he started jabbing me with novacaine. 10 total. I balked and asked him to slow down because he was rushing. Pulled teeth, left to go work on another patient. He then came back in after 20 minutes and started digging out excess bone pieces which hurt horribly. I was promised a gift card for being patient. Never received it. He did my upper denture which still does not fit after 4 visits. Very poor appointment. Josie and Amy were wonderful though.

Woodland family dental is a great place to go for your all dental needs From the time you check in from the entire front desk staff, Assistants, Hygienists, everyone so friendly, caring kind, and pateint. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure your comfortable and happy. Also for the more extensive work and repairs for your teeth. when I first contacted Woodland Family Dental I had a lot of work that needed to be done and they got a plan together for me and were able to get me in quite quickly to figure out the problem and fixed it shortly after that. I highly recommend Woodland family dental. Thank you so much You all are absolutely wonderful.

I have been so fearful of dentists for quite a while now due to a bad experience. Finding Woodland dental and Dr. Dave and Dr. Dan have made me feel so comfortable and I love the IV sedation they do it makes for a painless and no anxiety.
