The hygienist I had was amazing. She answered any questions I had and was very sociable. However, Thomas was not. He came in, didn't even introduce himself, and kept talking over the hygienist. He barely even said a word to me, and would hardly complete a sentence. He looked at my teeth for I'd say 5-10 seconds and that was it. I have a very small overhang in between two of my teeth because of a previous filling, and without even telling me, he started yanking on it, trying to break that little piece off I guess?? How would he know if only that little piece would break off or my whole filling? Anyway, this hurt and he knew I had pain right there in my gums. After he did that, he walked out with hardly saying anything, mainly just mumbling. I also had a concern about my wisdom teeth, but he never addressed that either. I will never go here again. I would avoid this dentist if at all possible.

Read the reviews and was so nervous to call. Not even considering going here. The reviews itself say something. As for the individual who said "well take care of your teeth and all the work they do..." THEY ARE DENTISTS FOR A REASON. They shouldn't complain considering they decided to study for this profession! To help people, to clean there teeth, to make them feel comfortable, safe, and not be in so much pain after a cleaning! How inconsiderate of you, everybody's teeth and gums are different some more sensitive than others! Probably shouldn't be a dentist if they are going to complain or be frustrated and berude to a patient!!!

many bad experiences with him throughout the years. he used to be located in mayo.(that's when I used to go to him) only reason I went to him back than was because he took mn blue plus/ucare back when I was a teen. he made me not want to go to the dentist. very rude, didnt wait until being numb to start drilling. there was also one time he didnt even numb me... very painful... young teen getting tooth drilled yeah it was terrifying... being avoiding dentist since definitely him.

They take BluePlus and UCare...that in itself means so much! Honestly, I used to despise going to this dentist, but over the years, he has softened up a bit. He’s still a little rough around the edges, but really just comes off as a little social anxiety? I might be completely wrong, but he is a total sweetheart who only shows it once in a great while! His wife is who is a dental hygienist(?) is super sweet and the other lady who is also a dental hygienist is also so nice! They are all so great with our kids. I’ve heard people complain about him being rude...well, take care of your teeth and the work that they do! If you’re on Medical assistance and they’re taking a pay cut in order to help you, yet you clearly don’t take care of yourself, they have reason to be frustrated!
