Decent dentist when I started going a few years back , however I’ve had a lot of work done that I’ve had to go elsewhere to get redone . Also have gotten phone calls asking about procedures that didn’t get done … I have had to go to a new dentist and start completely over on all the work . Advocate for yourself … they have been calling me about a bill for a filling that fell out 3 months after it was done. I realize he is a well known dentist , but it shouldn’t be about how good your insurance is - it should be about what’s best and logical for the client & it should be our choice . HOWEVER they have been good for emergency appointments, if that’s what you are needing .

I'm not overcome with examples of a practitioner or staff who care more about their patients. Every conversation I have, I feel like I'm talking to friends. Immense people, I'm remiss to be moving out of their area.

This place is filled with so many amazing and kind people. They won't judge you and are happy to help. They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed.

Dr Jess and staff are kind and skilled. They were able to get me in without being a patient (i was new to the area and had not found a dentist). They created a comfortable mouth for me within days. I went back for a cleaning and loved the dental hygienist who cleans teeth. Then I had a filling fixed, he found spots that needed sealing that other dentists ignored. Very grateful for Dr. Jess's eye to detail. Prices are reasonable too. If you are adverse to dentists or have had a bad experience this is a good dentist for you. I highly recommend Dr Jess.

Will not be going back unfortunately. Tried to set up appointment after not being there for a few years. Was rudely spoken too and was basically told that I wasn’t a priority for them and no call back to set up a future appointment. Went elsewhere and was treated extremely well. I would pass on them if I were you..

Very polite, very understanding and made for a great experience in a very painful tooth situation

I personally have gone here for over 30 years but recently they are going way down hill .they use to be a family dentist go out of there way to make things right or any situation better but now seems like they are like every other business just out to make that next dollar witch is sad. My employer switched dental companies no big deal but to them it was they would not except my new dental card but they pro longed it for a week and a half to figure out if they would or not while I sit in pain with a broken tooth and be unbelievably rude about the situation unreal the lack of compation from who I felt with! the result of there fix job that did not work or hold so it's up to me to find a dentist that will fix there mistake I'm just happy it was me instead of one of the kids suffering . So if you are a member here or thinking about it I would look around first! So the wife myself and our 5 kids will be looking for a new family dental.

Had an emergency, bloody swollen cracked tooth that needed to be seen asap. Was told I was unable to be seen because I've missed 2 appointments in the past 2 years. So now instead of being able to see my family dentist Im swollen and unable to swallow because of pain. Thanks to the most inconsiderate (especially in emergancies) dental office I know!

Had an emergency with my daughter and couldn't get her in anywhere. They called back right away and got her started on a treatment! Friendly and most knowledgeable dentist I have come across in over 30 years!!

Gentle, knoedgeable, A teachers dentist. Not only does what he does but tells you what he's doing. Former president of the (American Dental asscociation AMA) you could do much, much worse. Highly recommend....
