I trust the entire staff’s opinions and I know they always have my best interests in mind. They are so kind and they make me feel like I will be just fine in their care. I am very unhappy after my most recent visit. The hygienist got this idea that I need to see a periodontist. The Dentist at this location just rubber stamped her opinion without a thorough exam. Then I was given a referral for a periodontist clinic that is outside of my insurance network. Which would result in much larger out of pocket cost. I do not believe that a dental hygienist is qualified to make such an important decision regarding what type of care is necessary and then essentially make the referral without a thorough exam by the Dentist. I will definitely be getting a second opinion. Several years ago, a different hygienist had a similar idea, but the doctor completed a thorough exam and overruled her recommendation. Due to this experience, I am considering finding a new dentist.

I have been going to this dentistry since I was single, when I got married, had my first kid. Midwest Dental is a little dentist office with a big heart. They removed my wisdom teeth and filled my cavities. The former was a big operation and they did an incredible job on my teeth. I keep coming back for my check ins, less for my teeth, and more for the people I have gotten to know. Midwest Dental can and will take care of you.

I highly recommend Dr. Gunderson and her Staff. Janell at the front desk is amazing. My wife was getting her teeth cleaned and I was doing my best to keep my 6 month Granddaughter Lainey entertained. Seeing my predicament, she took time from her busy day to hold her and calm her down. Jackie is my hygienist. She is phenomenal. So thorough and professional. I had my very first crown in March. Dr. Gunderson did a great job. My temp was a breeze. I don’t even notice I have a permanent one. Thank You guys!!!

Dentist is likely pretty decent. Unhappy with front desk messing up appointment times. Showing up one week early per card given me with that time when the actual time was one week later. Didn't seem to care, attitude not good. My insurance claim was denied saying X-rays not submitted. Seemed rather expensive. Would NOT recommend.

I'm revising my review of Midwest Dental. I placed a very negative review over a very big difference between a quote on dental work and the actual final cost. While it still wasn't the original pricing, I do understand their attempt to make it right. I sincerely appreciate that and feel under the circumstances it was the very best they could do to help adjust things. And my tooth feels great - they took very good care of me.
