I wish this was a positive review, but I know when I read reviews, I appreciate honesty. My dental insurance (which is excellent coverage) shared with me that NSDC is “in network” and that they are accepting new patients. I was looking for a new dentist and I called there in 2020 and was very rudely told by a receptionist that they were not accepting new patients. And then COViD happened and I inquired again yesterday about whether they are accepting new patients as according to my insurance company they are and I received a 1 sentence reply “we are not accepting new patients”. I can understand and appreciate the stress and drain the Pandemic has had on them and all health and dental care workers, but they should note on their site that they aren’t taking new patients and be a bit more professional and courteous in their interactions with people who are interested in their practice. After all, they are paid for their services and we are the healthcare consumers! I found a great new dental practice who isn’t too busy to be kind and respectful!

I have been to this dental facility twice and have had excellent experiences each time. The staff are friendly, caring, and go above and beyond to help you. Very effecient service and the quaility of work (bi-yearly cleanings) is awesome as well. The dentist was kind enough to smooth out my filling free of charge and was happy to do so. I went there with a disaster movie unfolding in my mouth. Now I can eat without pain for the first time in two years! Still got work to do but the doctor is great at putting complicated procedures in layman's terms so I know exactly what to expect. The staff is also patient and pleasant as honeysuckle. Can't recommend enough!
