Hygienists are exceptional, especially mine (Kim)... Administrative not so much... For my appointment in December my insurance provider had changed and they scanned my new card, but they still billed the wrong insurance. It was before Christmas and then they were closed for 2 weeks for the holidays so I couldn't get it corrected. The last time I went they had lost my appointment and I had to reschedule months farther out and re-rearrange my schedule. I was supposed to have a deep cleaning done due to a couple of pockets and this reschedule messed up the protocol for regular cleanings with insurance. I stood at the front desk trying to help the admin figure out how to schedule me for the next 53 minutes! The dentist finally came out to see what the problem was and set her straight. However, when it came time to confirm my appointment the day prior, I learned they had still managed to schedule the wrong procedure. When they billed the correct insurance for this appointment they incorrectly submitted the claim, so the insurance check went to them instead of me. On my next appointment they moved the time from 12:10 to 12:30 without telling me and I only have 60 minutes for lunch. I haven't had any major dental work done, so I can't comment on Dr. Parisek's skill, but I can say that I have a chip in my front tooth that I have made abundantly clear I have no interest in "fixing", yet EVERY time he sees me, he explains what I should do to get it "fixed". The only saving grace earning this place a generous 3 stars based on my experience is the hygienist staff.
