Dr. Koerner and her team and professional and thorough. She helped bring my teeth back in shape after I neglected regular cleanings in my 20s. Great location, they work with your schedule, and they play the Current on the radio!

Been to quite a few dentist in my life. So far this dentist on 18th and Central #1 finally found a great one !!! ☆☆☆☆☆

I worked here for almost a year. She was verbally abusive. She is only out to get peoples money. When I quit she kept half of my paycheck accused me of lying about hours worked but I had two paychecks before my last one and she didn’t keep any of it nor did she say anything about me supposed lying about my hours worked until I quit. She is spreading lies to patients telling my personal information and bad mouthing me. I quit because I was so stressed out all she cares about is money and not her employees. She is condescending and I tried to leave civil I asked for more money as I was running her entire clinic for her including doing all the billing, paying all her bills, setting appointments etc. when I told her I was offered another job she didn’t value me enough to pay me more she shrugged it off. Now she’s having trouble keeping anyone there. There is no HIPPA in place no OSHA training..I wouldn’t go there for treatment if you want a good dentist keep looking. All her reviews on here are her friends kids and neighbors!

I had the best experience. Great environment. The receptionist was so helpful. Dr Koerner and her staff were professional and welcoming. I highly recommend!

I thought this would be great after my initial visit. Subsequent visits is where it got really hectic. You will be hard pressed to make heads or tails of the bills or charges. I have estimates with all kinds of procedures, and costs, who pays for what it was impossible to understand from any reasonable standpoint. After asking the lady at the desk what was what, who pays for what (ie insurance or myself) she became irritated and pushy. Continued to say "again..." when she hadn't yet said that in the first place and after all of her explaining what was what, I was worse off and more confused about it. Repeated bills in the mail were similarly confusing. Sort of reminded me of a corrupt auto shop. They know some customers have no idea what is what and they use that to their advantage. Looking at the bill its impossible to know what procedure was performed(or what that procedure even means in laymans terms), paid for by whom and when. Bring second person to help decode the situation or record it on your phone for later review. Otherwise you will likely get bills for things you have no idea were even performed.

This is my new dentist . The doctor did fantastic job on my teeth. I will recommend this dentist to anyone .

They straight up try to overcharge you, confuse you and trick your insurance. We had this happen on multiple occasions for months between my partner and myself. The woman at the reception desk is a con artist and interrupted me in the middle of a free cleaning provided by my insurance to demand payment from me. At that point I had enough and left. Reading other reviews on here I see a pattern. Shame on you Central Dental. Stop taking advantage of our neighborhood.

I had a mostly good experience with the initial visit. Things then took a negative turn after I completed my cleaning. I had mentioned that I might be switching health insurances to MN Care due to a change in financial situation and the friendly warm demeanor instantly changed to a rude and dismissive one. I was able to keep my previous health insurance and they still called me at least once a month to try to get me to come back in for many things that I don't believe I needed. They wanted to run up my health insurance and have me pay almost $400 out of pocket for things like fixing chips in my teeth I didn't notice or believe existed and was purely a cosmetic procedure. They also wanted me to get a custom fit mouth guard for while I sleep at night because I said I wasn't sure if I grind my teeth at night. I wouldn't recommend they seem shady and I don't trust that this clinic has my best interests at heart due to the persistence of trying to get me to do the extra procedures.

Dr. Koerner has been our dentist for the past 18 years and her care and/or knowledge has always been exceptional. She does not try to “force” any procedure on you, does not act like an annoying sales person, she just educates you about potential issues and takes care of the necessary ones. And, of course our kids love her too, she is really good with kids, has a lots of patience. We highly recommend her!!!

We have been going to Central Family Dentistry for a long time and are very happy with the quality of work they provide. Their staff is very kind, always so helpful. We have two kids and they are never afraid of going to see the dentist. They always had such a great experience there and feel confortable with the doctors. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a friendly dentistry.

Dr Koerner and her staff have been very professional yet also kind and considerate. From fillings to teeth cleanings to whitening procedures and beyond, everything was top notch quality and done in a very pleasant environment. Would I recommend Central Dental to friends and family? I have been going to this dentist before they moved to their new location on Central and 18th.I had had excellent service up until now. I had scheduled an appointment last year and when i called to confirm said appointment they said it wasn't on the books even though the woman at the desk and i scheduled an appointment.. Now today I get a call from them saying I hadn't been there in a while, wondering if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I just scheduled an appointment a few days ago!!!! I can't take a lot of time from work.I'm done! Now looking for a new dentist sorry central Dental get your act together!!

I love this Dental practice. Dr. Koerner is excellent and so is her staff. Brenda always does a great job with the cleaning. I highly recommend 901 Family Dentistry.
