I would highly recommend Northland Dental and I have only been a patient for one day. I was having a problem with my tooth and they were able to get me in 2 days following my call (all other places I called were months out, even for a problematic tooth). All of the staff was welcoming. I appreciated the straightforward way Dr. Atchison examined and explained my tooth problem, and his quick action to come up with a plan and address it. This was all with a smile and great sense of humor. Overall, my first experience was extremely positive and already have my next appointment scheduled.

I absolutely HATE going to the dentist. I have had some super traumatic experiences in the past so when we moved to the area finding a new dentist was a stressful process and discovering I not only needed a root canal but also and extraction was so terrible. I was beyond nervous but honestly it was not that bad of an experience. Neither was a walk in the park but the staff is AMAZING and made sure everything was as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend and will be going back in the future.

Though this place is not in my network anymore, it provides cost-effective service without telling you have cavities that are not there.

Dr. Andrew Atchison has been a God send. I first came to him with quite a mess in my mouth, after lack of dental insurance kept me from necessary routine maintenance for almost a decade. He took me on as a patient & set up an affordable plan, to get me to where I needed to be. He is straightforward and puts his patients’ well being above all else. Not only is he a fellow Fergus Falls Otter, but he exudes a kindness on a level that restores your faith in mankind. He has demonstrated; people who simply want to help other people, do exist.

Dr. Atchison and staff are great. I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and everyone here is understanding and works to ensure that I have as comfortable of an experience as possible. My kids also go here and have had a great experience. Highly recommend this dentist 😊.

I think this is the first dental company I have been with that I actually felt 100 percent comfortable being at. Super friendly staff that seemed to go above and beyond to make sure my teeth were heathy, got many compliments about what I was doing right, and left feeling very positive. I am very glad I found this place, especially since I really had no idea which place to turn to after moving. 12/10 would recommend!

We had a great experience at Northland Dental. My daughter's tooth had cracked and it needed to come out immediately. They were able to get us in on short notice. Dr. Atchison was very informative and positive and walked us through what was going to happen and what needed to be done. We will be coming back!

Dr. Atchison is awesome! He was so accommodating with getting me in ASAP when I had a dental emergency. Also, he makes the appointment super comfortable with his great attitude and demeanor! I recommend this place to anybody looking for an office that does great work and also remembers your name when you walk through the door!

Yesterday my granddaughter had an accident at daycare. Dr. Atchison got her in and taken care of immediately. so grateful to all of them. Will never be able to thank them enough. BEST DENTIST AROUND!

My appointments with Northland Dental are always quick and easy. When a procedure needs to be done they are very honest and transparent and I feel like someone is watching out for me and my budget, while also making sure I get what I need! The staff is always so friendly and I never leave in pain!

An all star group of professionals starting from the moment you walk in! The receptionists are friendly and welcoming and the hygienists are caring and kind. The dentists get to know you on a personal level and are incredibly intuitive to the exact needs of the patient. They've become like a little extended family! How many people can you say "I LOVE going to the dentist!"? I can!

My dental hygienist was incredibly kind and welcoming. I had a younger dentist that was also great, he took time to explain to me what was happening. They are also very good about telling you what your charges will be, some dental offices are not quite as transparent; leaving you with an unwelcome surprise in the mail a few weeks later. I was referred from Edeen Dentistry as they did not take Delta Dental. Thanks for the goof referral!

This is by far the best dental clinic in the FM area. Very knowledgeable staff truly care about your dental health and ensure a pain-free appointment. All non invasive approaches are researched before implementing treatment. The friendly doctors and their supporting staff will extend all activity to make your experience effortless.

Very friendly place. They don't nag and scream if you don't brush or floss right. Would recommend it to everyone

I have been a patient here since I was a kid and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great service and excellent care and I love my hygienist. Both providers try really hard to get all your services done on one day so you don’t need to return.
