I wish I found this place SO much sooner! I had cosmetic work done at a local family dentist and was not happy one bit. After some research, I finally found Serene Oak who specializes in cosmetic dentistry. Dr Horn was so patient, honest, flexible, and kind with me after my terrible previous experience. All the staff there are so kind and welcoming when you walk in the office. Mel and Sarah are a hoot! Robyn was my go to for any questions/concerns and walked be through everything. Seriously, they are a life savior ❤️

Everything about Serene Dental Oaks is a 10 out of 10! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, Dr. Horn and Dr. Loween are highly skilled and personable and the whole team works together beautifully to ensure you are 100% comfortable, satisfied and happy with your care and your smile! There are many examples of their exceptional customer service but I must share one here. I had a long appointment on a snowy November day and my car was cleaned of inches of snow so that it was ready to drive when I left, the definition of “above & Beyond”!! If you are looking for the best, look no further!

This is a great office! The staff are kind, welcoming, and make you feel like a priority. As a patient, I have felt heard and understood. I’ve had great experiences here resolving a long term gum infection, repairing enamel erosion from severe acid reflux, and improving my overall oral hygiene habits.
