I have avoided going to the dentist for 10 years since I was in high school, because as a kid I felt constantly judged by the dentist at a different location. I put off the dentist for as long as I could for the fear of constant judgement I remembered from my childhood dentist. I have had mouth discomfort and could no longer hold off seeing the dentist. From walking in to exiting I felt comfortable, heard, and not judged. The dental hygienist was so nice and helpful (I wish I remember her name, but im terrible with names). It's clear my teeth need a lot of maintenance and some work, but there was absolutely no judgment and I have restored faith in going to the dentist. From the front desk, to the dental hygienists, and the dentist I felt comfortable through the whole process. I really appreciate the environment and restoring my faith in going to the dentist. I will be returning.

I had a great visit and all my scheduling interactions with the front desk have been great. No waiting past my apptmnt time, knowledgeable and efficient hygienist and friendly and efficient dentist.

Let me start by saying I don’t like going to the dentist, but this experience was absolutely amazing. I had Mellissa as my dental hygienist and I absolutely fell in love with being at a dentist. She not only gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever received but educated me as she was doing it the entire way through. I’ve been in the military for 12 years and have been to many dental places but this one was the best by a long shot! 100 out of 100 recommend.

I love this dental practice! Everyone that works in this office is friendly and they are so helpful! The dental team is knowledable and provide impeccable service. Highly recommend!

Always a good experience at DHCC. All the staff is friendly and helpful, they listen to my concerns, and do a great job.

Was really looking forward to this place. First time visiting wasn’t the most comfortable or welcoming. I’m really really anxious when it comes to the dentist. I only got X-rays done, I didn’t want to go ahead and have them work on my tooth which needed a root canal. Dr. Vang was awful at explaining me the process and seemed very emotionally absent and didn’t care how I felt at all. Could’ve asked me how I was feeling, do I have anxiety, etc. Dr.Vangs assistant was really nice though, she tried to make conversation. I don’t have insurance, so care credit is what they offer for this who can’t pay up front or don’t have good insurance. For a root canal they were quoting almost $4,000.00, which I can understand. This isn’t the place for you if you can’t afford or don’t have good credit to apply for the Care Credit. Anywho, I’m glad this place works for others, but it didn’t for me.

The staff was professional and informative. They do a great job of making one feel comfortable and welcome. There was no judgement or shaming. Just facts.

Got in right away on my scheduled time. Hygienist was thorough, friendly and efficient. A truly caring professional staff!

I appreciate the care and patience the staff have with my mom who has memory loss due to a brain injury and can be challenging. They went out of their way to support her today. I am grateful to the doctors and receptionist team who always treat my mother kindly. Oh and they do a good job too!

Excellent I was very impressed with office and the staff. All were very professional helpful friendly and my exam was very thorough and efficient All my questions were answered Again it was a “pleasant experience “ and rates 5 stars

The receptionists and the assistant is SUPER nice, but the dentist rushed the appointment the whole time. I waited 15 min in the room after the assistant helped me, and when the dentist finally went there she basically opened my month said I had to extract the wisdom teeth. I said no problem, I asked about my cleaning and she said “I don’t have time for it today honey” then why put me on the schedule? I took the day off for my appointments.. On top of that at the time of payment she said to the receptionist “does she have insurance?” Receptionist said “no she doesn’t “ and then she said “oh then schedule her cleaning with the other doctor “. She wrote a referral for me to go to the surgeon, she didn’t even explain or talked to me if I had ANY questions or concerns. I am disappointed with the customer service for sure!

Amanda always greets me with a smile. She is personable yet professional and does a thorough job cleaning my teeth without causing any pain or anxiety! As I was following Amanda to her office Dr. Woell greeted me by name and took a few moments to catch up with me in the hallway before I even sat down in the chair! I could not ask for a better dental experience. Thank you Amanda and Dr. Woell!!

Really great service and nice workers! Everyone was nice and in a good mood, very professional and clear about any questions you have. Amanda was my dental assistant and she was super nice and efficient. I had no issues and had a pleasant experience.

I just called to ask if i could make and appointment for preventive care. The first thing they asked its for insurance. I told her i have MNSure insurance. She said, that they didnt accept that. Then i ask her, Would you take my BlueCross BlueShield Insurance? She responded, we do not take any state Insurance. What does that mean? Then i insisted, would you take an out of pocket payment thru my debit card or my carecredit? She said no...she said no. We do not take any state insurance.. its this normal? any opinions or help. I just wanted to get a cleaning. I just felt like i was rejected service even thou I have everything that's needed. I was planing on transferring my whole family to that dentist but at this moment. I am disappointed with the service. They dont want my insurance nor my cash payment or cards. I am confused. The first time this happens to me. I am mindblown.smh.

Family was moved to DHCC when our dentist retired at the end of 2020. Couldn't be more unhappy with this place. The staff is rude and unhelpful and their billing system is a disaster. Please don't go here if you want a nice dentist office. Can't imagine why Dr. Berg thought it would be a good idea to transfer his patients to this awful place.

One of the worst dental offices to go to. Shelby is very unhelpful and wastes a lot of time because she is inexperienced. It starts at the front desk and she is the worst.

I can't tell you how refreshing it was to get an appointment the day after my tooth broke especially because I was not a client. Everyone was very friendly, especially Dr. Long. I loved that I was given options and no pressure for a decision. I know I will be back because of how I was treated, Thank you!

I've haven't been to the Dentist in 20 yrs I'm going to be 60 in September Don't trust Doctors period! Until I went to DHCC!! The staff and my Dentist Dr Long Thao and his Hygienist's are Amazing!!! Thank you Dental Health Care Center for Taking such good care of me you guys Rock!!!😊
