Dr. Hendrickson is a skilled dentist and also demonstrates great concern for the patient' comfort & concerns. He has a great technique for administering anesthesia and you hardly feel it. He also explains what he is going to do and what is going on as he does it. That communication is very helpful to me. The staff assisting him are knowledgeable and the teamwork is seamless. They are also very knowledgeable and give us thorough assessments, show us pictures of what they are seeing, things to watch out for, and answer all our questions. First of all the receptionist give the wrong information tell me that they do everything like root canal and everything in same place and they refer to another place. Later on when I visit to Dr she said you have go to other clinic for root canal and later on we do other procedures here. Even she said she is not very good in root canal.
