I have used personal care dentistry ever since I moved to Minnesota. Dr Kyle is always kind and very competent. In addition… I enjoy his dad’s gorgeous wildlife photos which are everywhere. Thankful for personal care dentistry.

Absolutely terrible experience. Had a crown put on a tooth and it fell off in around 2 years. Not a huge deal because they pro rated the replacement. Until the replacement fell off around 2 years later and they insisted that because I already got a pro rated replacement once they could not do anything about the cost of replacing the second failed one. YOU PUT IN 2 crowns that lasted 1/10 of the time they should and you just double down and say “sorry we did a bad job but all we can do is charge you another $3k for a replacement that will probably also fall out within 2 years. You’re welcome” On top of that, despite my insistence to pay upfront for all the work I had done at this dentist every time I went there, they “found” a “missed” charge for $600 and couldn’t produce any reason it wasn’t included in the charges I got while at the office. Then sent the debt to a lawyer to threaten me with a lawsuit to force payment. If you have money to burn try it out but just make sure you realize they don’t care in the slightest about conducting business in an ethical manner. I warn everyone I know about them when asked about dental work.

This dentistry is horrible. They did such a bad job putting a crown on my husbands tooth (that he didn’t need) he now has to get a root canal a year later. They also didn’t catch cavities I had in my own mouth. Avoid this place at all costs!

Look, nobody likes going to the dentist. I don't like going to the dentist. But I went to PCD and saw Emily for my cleaning and Dr. Kyle for my exam - and it was the best dental experience I've ever had. Emily was very gentle with the cleaning. I wasn't upsold things I didn't need. I didn't wait. I'm actually not dreading my next 6 month checkup. I can't recommend this clinic highly enough - our entire family has changed to PCD and we're thrilled!
