Staff is friendly but not very empathetic. New to dentures and have received no education. My immediate are too big and a month later still trying to get teeth. During my visits I have cried and was told this is what I need to do! No empathy from staff whatsover!whatsoever!! And, the dentists seem rushed to get rid of you. Wish I would of paid a little more and went to my regular dentist!! Dentures are big, lumpy and uncomfortable! I haven't been able to eat for a month and jaw is really sore but was told to drink my ensure. I would not recommend this place!! A year later I have my permanent teeth which still don’t fit correctly! They are so thin I can see through in spots, my bite is crooked and they are too big. When asked to bite together they are loose so can’t get a true assessment. I’m done!! Was told we could start over but I don’t want wait ANOTHER year!!! Wish I could get my money back and go somewhere else!!!!! Very very unsatisfied, upset and unhappy! Worst experience ever!!

Friendly staff but not worth it. Way over priced procedure even with a good insurance. I had the same procedure done for way less price in different dental service. Not recommended.

My wife had 3 cavities! We brought her here to get a 6000.00 estimate for gum disease? And remove 6 or 7 teeth, 23 visits??? We stopped for a second opinion! 3 cavities, filled! Out the door 212.98 out the door. That's 5788.98 less than this rip off operation!! Ashamed for YOU!!!

I was able to get in and talk with them about implants dentures and how it all works .. honestly they have been wonderful. In the beginning I had issues with scheduling for my kids and what not but overcame that and since they have always been courteous kind and understanding. They didn’t seem to care when I was explaining why my teeth were the way they were moving forward was what they said and I couldn’t agree more These guys have been with me the whole way non judging helpful and most of all empathetic. I appreciate the effort it’s a life change for me a scary one and I was unsure.. but for now I’m happy I’m adjusting to my new look and I know it’s gonna be okay. I don’t have to feel embarrassed when I smile anymore .

Would give this place 0 stars if it was possible had to take A-day off work to come in and I show up and they say I'm not on the schedule even though I confirmed it over text like I was asked. They can't even figure out how to do scheduling I definitely am not going to trust them with my teeth. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The receptionist is super racist with Hispanic people and cancel your appointment for every little thing, I guess she don't like to work specially when your appt is at 6:00 PM she tried to find every little excuse to reschedule. Aspen Dental need to understand that in Saint Cloud Hispanic community is growing they need to be a little bit more flexible and understandable with them specially if their appt is at 6:00 PM because they are coming from work. My boyfriend works in the Pilgrim's in Cold Spring, and nobody has nothing cute to said about Aspen Dental specially their receptionist.

Refused to clean my teeth and said I needed a deep cleaning procedure that cost $1700. Went to another dentist who cleaned my teeth for $150. During the exam, said I had a cavity and showed it to me. Made an appointment to fix it. They filled another tooth and said I had another cavity. I was all numb so I said just fill it. They Told me that it couldn’t be done and I’d have to make another appointment. Got home and looked and they didn’t fill the cavity I was shown originally. The tooth they did fill probably didn’t even need to be done. Had the true cavity filled elsewhere.

Wouldn't give it a star rating, made appointment about dentures, did x-ray of my mouth even when ask why as I had all the teeth pulled, gave me a high price. Then a month later they sent me a bill even though it said on web site office and exam was free.

First I called and they said that they take my insurance..traveled a hour just to be told that they didn't. But a free exam would help right? No. They spent a long time selling me like a used car lot. The dentist hit my sore tooth on purpose and I left with a estimate of $7000 work. and a toothache.All they want is $$$!

nice place or high tech tool... but the person who in-charge not treat as a people ... just seems rush and busy all by target money oriented not by I'm come as client who will give payment not asking money... first need to do X-rays with very cool n impressive high tech, but when come to the technician who spoke experience in 7 years, but when handling me which i already saying i have very sensitive tooth, and many time saying AWW, hurt, pain... n last thing just gave a spray to numb, why not give in first place !!! than come to doctor lady, which so rush exam my tooth by number which i don't understand, but should be if take care client with gentle and treat as a human being, i think more time 5-10 second not a different by time but good for me as client not saying AWW many time and even i heard she spoke to the assistant as my tooth sensitive... n still not change the habit unto gentle mood but rush, like I'm not a customer who will pay... that what u get now, I'm not back with u... and at end they assume i need DEEP CLEANING, what ever reason, n i ask could give only normal cleaning as insurance coverage twice a year, no for you mam, is accomplice nothing, so i trust my gut n change dentist to just double check am i need DEEP CLEANING?? and now i know my tooth are ok don't need deep cleaning, just regular cleaning twice a year... the massage i review this, you might be big company n no need new client.... but for me as a client, need good dentist who treat me as human being, cause im who PAYING the treatment, even insurance coverage not 100%, so basically you still need CLIENT
