I love seeing Dr. Russ (Peterson) and he is fantastic! Today I met Dr. Hernick because I had an unfortunate abscess emerge and she was AMAZING! I feel terrible that I was in such poor spirit and hesitant to see a different dentist. She had wonderful bedside manner and was super kind when I reacted very poorly to the cold test. This is a wonderful practice and I feel very comfortable now no matter who is available. Thank you for taking such great care of me and please forgive me for my hesitation! I know now that even if Dr. Russ isn't available I'm in great hands with Dr. Hernick too!!

This is the only dentist I have ever had that I actually enjoy going to see. They focus on building an individual relationship with each patient and all know me by name, know my personality and my family well. I joke around with my dentist and the dental hygienist and never leave without a good belly laugh! The care is excellent- skill level on point! Highly recommend!

Office staff cannot even do math WITH a calculator (but it’s no big deal to them because they’ll tell you one price and then when that’s wrong they don’t honor the price they said, they just bill you secretly and send to collection 200 of a 1200 dollar bill - of which I paid the total amount I was told, almost 1000 dollars and I had a pocket full of cash to pay more if need be) For the young buck doctor who lives in his dads shadow, he did NOT clearly explain the life expectancy of a bridge vs crown and implant... now I’m left with needing three implants vs 1 and yet I still paid for two crowns and a bridge which was money down the drain - I’m also a little uneasy since the dental assistant was grinding down my bridge for almost 20 minutes “to get it to fit” yet they took impressions less than two weeks prior!!! Regular old hack job with the promise of future profits as a motive!

Everyone at Peterson dental are kind, thorough and I'm very happy with all their services. They were ever so wonderful with my 99 year old mom and also with my grandchildren.

This may get a bit long but I need to say how absolutely amazing this place is especially the amazing job Dr. Hernick did. 1. I just moved here and no insurance from new job yet, I wasn't a patient yet and my back molar broke and became infected. I called and they got me in the next day! 2.I have long horrible roots and my tooth needed extracting. Not only are they long, I had 3 in one tooth! Making the procedure not only tricky but difficult. Dr Hernick was outstanding, caring, patient and a champ at pulling it out and it had to be done in 3 pieces. Her dental assistant was also so amazing and reassuring that things would go well. Thank you both for such an wonderful job. No one could have done it better! Lastly because my new insurance hasn't started I was a bit worried it would be quite a bit of money and with just moving it was going to be tough. Well the amount was also a shock. In a good way, much less then I would have imagined !Everything about this visit from my friends referral, to the receptions quick appointment, the assistant (sorry I didn't catch her name) Dr. Hernick and to the price! I'm 46 with lots of dental visits in the past and this by far was my best experience ever. You have gained a new patient OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Thank you again

Great service very comfortable an easy

Amazing as always!! Want the best hygienist? See Kristi! She's so nice, extremely thorough, and intuitive. Want the best dentist? See Dr. Russell. He's funny, caring, and very detailed. The rest of the staff is awesome as well. Btw, we literally moved 3 hours away and still come back.

Had my first experience with Peterson Dental and Dr. Russ. I had 2 teeth pulled and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. everyone was great and Dr. Petersons bedside matter was fantastic.

There is a receptionist here who is very unfriendly and lies about openings to get you to choose certain days/times. There is more but I'm just going to leave it at that.

Dr. Jacoby Hernick is wonderful! Very skilled and personable. I have referred thee people to her, all of whom are very happy.

Dr. Russ is always very informative and friendly.

I had a complex dental problem that they were able to get me in quickly. My dentist was very kind and understanding. She also remembered on a follow-up visit about my dental fears and was kind and understanding.

Everyone at the office is just great. From questions about procedures to billing. My whole family sees Dr. Hernick and are so pleased with her personal and professional care for each of us.

Crown came off and they got me right in and fixed it same day. Great service! Thanks much!

I was in for quite a bit of work today. Two extractions, 2 fillings and a crown. It was Avery pleasant and painless experience. Dr. Peterson and his assistant were both very pleasant and professional.

Great first experience! I have pretty bad dental anxiety and we move every 4 years, so that's that's new dentist every 4 years. The building was easy to access and was clean and maintained. Krista was super friendly, explained what she was going to do before she did it, and talked to me throughout the cleaning. So glad I chose to come here and feel very comfortable returning!
