I have never liked going to a dentist but this place not only has an amazing environment to be in but also every single employee makes you feel at home. They definitely are very thorough & would highly recommend them to everyone!! I love them so much that I drive 4 hours just to see them!

I can't say enough great things about them all. I broke a tooth and needed to get in for an urgent appointment. They got me in same day as a new patient. I seen Dr. Ngoc Waite and he explained what I would need and that he could do it for me next day. He put a temporary fix on it so I wouldn't do any damage . I got that done today and he made sure it was pain free and that I was comfortable. The staff have all been so amazing and so helpful. I will definitely be getting all of my dental care through them

Had a couple cleanings done there, 100% covered by my insurance. Randomly got sent a bill for $100 not even sure what its for, no phone call, no email to try and communicate with me. I go in, in person, to try and resolve the issue, seems like it may be because my employer switched insurance but they dont give me a definitive answer. They say they are going to resolve it, a week later, get another piece of mail, they sent my $100 bill to a collections agency like what the hell! Staff seem nice on the surface level but dont give someone common courtesy of basic communication.

Last spring I went in for a cleaning while pregnant and therefore didn’t want to do X-rays. I told them that I know the amount of radiation is low, but I’d just prefer to wait for X-rays till next time. They then told me that they wouldn’t be able to do my cleaning unless I did the X-rays because they “wouldn’t know what kind of cleaning I needed”. (The more extensive cleaning costs $900 AFTER insurance.) Not sure what that’s about but I’ve never had a dentist tell me that before. They also highly recommended a “saliva test” to both my husband and I to see what kind of bacteria was present. $200 not covered by insurance. Never heard of that before either. When I asked what they would do with the information they said, “We might want to put you on an antibiotic depending on what we find, but we could wait until after you have the baby.” Seems like you could probably wait on that expensive test then as well, especially considering I was only 3 months pregnant at the time. They were all very nice, but the whole experience just felt like one big money grab. Never had that kind of experience at a dentist before. Won’t be coming back.

I am one of those who is terrified of going to the dentist but this place did such an amazing job, I had to say something. Dr. Waite is my fav. I know dentists aren't going to hold me while I'm crying (haha joke) but I'm sure he would of if I needed him to. With my anxiety he always told me what he was going to do ahead of time, he was calming and quick, precise... read my mind -because i cant tell him exactly with my mouth wide open with tools in my mouth ... he just made the experience as smooth and easy going as any dentist visit could ever be. The receptions are both dolls. I actually don't mind going there ??? Haha, one of the girls even offered me a blanket while I napped waiting for my crown. Seriously, kindest people. Great environment. Love U guys!
