I moved from out of state and needed a new dentist. I made an appointment online for a cleaning. I had a 2 PM appointment. At 3:30, my cleaning was not started. Although, the office was nice, and with updated technology, the office could work on their time management. It’s unacceptable to be sitting in an office for an hour and a half without starting the procedure. I took time off work and had to leave due to only taking two hours, which is enough time for a cleaning. I am now on the hunt for a new dentist. Word of advice, if you can’t accommodate patients in a timely manner, please block out your bookings. It’s very disrespectful to not respect your patients time; it’s just as valuable as yours.

My 2 kids and I are patients here and we LOVE it! My kids had been with a pediatric dentist, but then we moved and had to find a new dentist. I've never seen them so happy to go to the dentist! When my son needed a filling, the previous dentist insisted on sedating him. But Dr. Wilkinson played his favorite music, worked around him holding his iPad and playing a game, and no sedation was needed! When my son chipped his front tooth, Dr. Hildebrandt repaired it beautifully and affordably. At my daughter's annual cleaning they found a cavity that needed a small filling and they did it on the spot -- I didn't have to wait and make a new appointment, etc. I needed a veneer repaired and they worked with me to repair my entire smile and now I smile HUGE everywhere I go! I'm on zoom calls all day long and I love staring at my new smile! Thank you, Woodbury Smiles!!!!

Genuinely a joke. Visited here two times with appointments. Both times I waited very long in the check-in area. Then, during my second visit, I waited over 45 minutes sitting in the chair in the back waiting for the dentist to check on me. The assistant even felt bad for me having to wait so long and apologized a few times. It’s supposed to be an exam and cleaning and I shouldn’t have been expected to wait as long as I did just for the service. I left early since I had plans but was still charged with the service. The people here schedule you despite not having the time to take care of you. Thankful I left and changed dentists.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had! I received a check from my dental insurance for $280.00, unsure about why I received the check I called the office. Initially I was told that there was a balance of $38.00, and after the receptionist reviewed my account, I was told that I did not know any money. Immediately after I hung up, I received a phone call back and was told that I would need to remit the full amount of the check I received to the Dentist's office. Not understanding why, I asked for an explanation and insisted that a bill be sent to me with the information they had available on their end. I was told that they would need to send me a new bill charging me for x-rays that were initially written off? When I mentioned that I did not appreciate their practices, I was told that the manager would be contacting the police department to file a charge for theft. How does that work on a check that was written to me with my name on it? All I have to say is that I am extremely disappointed in the way that I was treated by Woodbury Smiles Dentistry. I do not appreciate being threatened, and accused of a crime, especially when it is extremely unclear on what is owed and what I am being charged. Let's just say I will not be returning to this dental practice. I DO NOT recommend it.

Charged $60 per person for "Exam" which was a consultation. Good businesses don't charge for consultations. Then the prices that they offered for dental work were outrageous. Also, we explained the situation before we sat down for the consultation. Then during the consultation they said my son needs a different office. They still charged for the consultation even though they knew they couldn't perform the service for him. Unbelievable. I wouldn't come to this office if I were you.
