Front desk receptionist is absolutely rude and ignorant to everyone. Avoid her if you can at all costs. Beware: you will be waiting for hours in the back while the girls laugh and giggle with each other and flirt with patients. Avoid this place. A lot of money for sub-par service.

Rude staff! Nurses are extremely rude! Tried to explain to the staff the patient is in need of someone to be in the back with them but staff wants to get an attitude and be very rude and not care. Do not send your kids or family here if you care about them. Send them to Brookway Dental!!!

Thankful they were able to get me in that afternoon, but Dr. Baker was rude and sarcastic. He was very rough and showed no sympathy/empathy whatsoever. I was not numb when he started cutting out and pulling my teeth, and he didn't stop even though I was crying, screaming, and beating on the arm rests until I had an anxiety attack and began to hyperventilate!
