I had probably the worst experience of my life at other dentists before. And had to get 2 bad top molars taken out. From the first moment i met dr hughes i was comfortable. Still nervous and my anxiety was out of this world. I even left the first time i was there to have my wotk done. But i went back dr Hughes put iv in. Told me he was gone give me something to help relax me. At any moment i didn't like what was going on wed stop and i could go home. But i got relaxed got something for pain. He numbed me took teeth out no problem. I remember very little. Had no aftermath problems. Id go to him 100 times if i had to. 100 percent recommend him.

Very disappointed in this office. We are returning patients and wanted to stay local. I called to make my daughters wisdom extraction appointment and was told in order to get a Friday date I had make a consultation appointment the Tuesday before. I had no issues with this and made both appointments three weeks in advanced. When I show up for the consultation, they failed to put our name down for that Friday surgery. We had made all arrangements with work and school to have this done and they weren’t even apologetic. I also had to explain how my benefits work because the billing clerk didn’t understand them!! Oh and that consultation lasted an hour and half because the billing clerk didn’t understand Cigna and waited to give me an estimate. Going somewhere else. It was going to cost me 1,400 out of my pocket again I had no problems with this but there incompetence was not worth me dropping that much cash.

Dr.Hughes called personally to check on him that evening. My young daughter had to have an oral surgery.
