THE ENTIRE STAFF is simply AMAZING! From the moment I called in a panic about getting to see someone, till the very end of me walking out! I NEVER felt or thought I was judged for my lack of anything! They came in right away! And the doc had a treatment plan ready to go! Made a few tweaks according to what I could handle financially. Leaving review again since I can’t seem to locate my first and I wanted to update it. The hygienist is nice. The dentist introduced herself and that was it, gave my treatment plan to her to explain to me not herself. I’ve never had a dentist that doesn’t speak or work directly with me so it was off putting. Reception was great until I wanted a copy of my chart to take to another dentist after being repeatedly texted and asked for a review. (After reading reviews I decided to go elsewhere. Simple as that.) I asked for chart and they would only give me my X-rays, refused to give me anything else and said my “new dentist can do it”. Unprofessional and frankly illegal. I wanted to update that my new dentist only found 1 cavity where Divine has found 6. Imagine that.

My experience here at Divine Dentistry is the worst. It has been 12 months since my teeth was distracted and I still don't have teeth that fit. I am still throw up and getting sick and fast loosing my facial features. When I asked about getting implants no one knew or had any information about implants. And before pulling my teeth nobody asked me whether I wanted implants or dentures. The lady that fitted my dentures didn't know anything about implants. The man that made the dentures, had 20 years under his belt, said I should not have a problem; however, I had many problems then and now. Should I go back or go some where else???. More to come....

They seem like really nice people, but they lacked necessary patient communication. I went in expecting fillings to be completed, but I received x-rays, an exam and a very pricey cost sheet for fillings instead. The cost was 3 times what my dentist back home quoted me. The exam and pricing was an hour long process because they were trying to load the records from my dentist into their system. They had my records for two weeks prior to my appointment. When I called to make the appointment, I specifically asked for an appointment for fillings and had my dentist send the records and x-rays so they would be prepared for my visit. I asked if that was a problem and was told it was not. I spoke/email/text no less than 10 times with the office and was never told the exam needed to be completed first. I would have been okay with it had they told me. They just never said that was what was going to happen. Communication with patients is key...from the front desk to the dentist.
