they are all about the money.. had an exam with them and i let them know i was in excruciating pain and they referred me to get root canals and they were the least of my concern at the time. the pain i was having were impacted wisdom teeth.. i let them know that I wanted to have them out.. they did absolutely nothing to help with the pain. I called their office for nearly a week straight trying to get in touch with someone.. nobody answered or i was placed on hold several different times with nobody coming back to the phone. Horrible service here. if i’m paying for a service i expect to receive quality care.

Christen the dental hygienist is awesome. She makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to explain the treatment plan and process.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was so helpful and kind. I was able to get the services that I needed with no problems at all. Shaneria was the first person to guide me through the process and she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. All of the sweet ladies who helped me, and while I cannot remember all of their names, I remember their help and kindness. Dr. Mumford explained all that needed done and I took her advice completely. Thanks Dr. M.!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Super nice on the phone but if you go in you get ignored like you’re not standing there. Waited over 3 hours for what we thought was a teeth cleaning appointment only to be told it was just a consultation. Waited ANOTHER 2 hours at the next appointment for the actual cleaning plus some fillings and was constantly lied to about how long it would take. Now if a place is running behind or understaffed that would be understandable but they told us nothing and just kept saying it would be 10 minutes that would quickly turn into 30-40 minutes. Then someone would come in apply the numbing and would disappear for another 30 minutes. He was in constant pain because they would wait too long to start the fillings and the shot would wear off. Then to top it off they rescheduled him for another appointment the following week and a 6 week appointment that he didn’t even agree to. Will not be back.

My recent visit with Aspen Dental went great! I went as a walk in and they immediately were able to see me upon arrival! All the staff members were great! I was happy! Thank you Aspen Dental

Employees were courtesy, patient, knowledgeable, and Kiera very helpful explaining my financial options. Dr Brown was very thorough regarding diagnosis and prognosis. It was a very satisfying visit.

The entire staff is caring and everyone operate provides a very pleasant professional experience.

Had to wait 4 1/2 hours to be seen even though I had an appointment due to a staffing issue, but the x-ray tech and the dental hygienist were sooooo awesome that it wasn’t so bad after all… they were super sweet and polite, and they had a great rapport with the patients… GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY PROFESSIONAL!

The staff was professional and they went out of their way to take care of us. They are great.
