FIRST TIME Customer! Thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, and thoroughness. I liked the welcoming atmosphere and smiling faces. I liked how my Hygienist (Fred) explained what she was doing as well as different hygiene rhymes and reasons as she was working on me was phenomenal. My dentist came in and did her part which made for a seamless transition/process. I felt very relaxed. I also like how they breakdown/lay out the projected treatment plan. Last but not least…THE COMPLIMENTARY WAXED HAND MASSAGE…OMGOODNESS!!! Nice and unexpected surprise! My husband and I left feeling like more than just a dollar sign. We felt they cared about our well being first. We left feeling like this was a place we could call home. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT HDG!!!

I have been going to this office for 2 yrs. During an appointment on Monday, my partial was damaged. I immediately called the next morning and told them the problem. They said to come back in. Well I just left that appointment to be informed by Dr Jones that I am lying (her exact words) and they would be doing nothing. I did not ask them for anything, just to fix it were it would fit again. I have never been treated so badly or talked to this way. Stay way from this office. They will not stand behind what they do. Everyone and every business will make mistakes, what makes the difference is how they handle it when that mistake is made. I will have to get this fix, then I will be filing in small claims court. Let's stand before a judge Dr Jones and have them decide who is lying. In the end I hope I denying your responsibility is worth it to you.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I went to Hillcrest today for a new patient appointment and I’ve never been happier to go back to the dentist. Let me start off by saying I have been with this dentist for about 4 years and I have never had any issues! Great staff, friendly and peaceful atmosphere for a dentist. I have always had bad experiences with past dentist and Teresa Jones is amazing and I’ve always looked forward to my visits with them all. Dr. Varney is the best! And all the staff are so caring and warm with friendliness! Dr. Varney is fast, has little hands, tenderhearted, and most excellent in every way! And her mom, Dr. Jones is the same way!! I came to Hillcrest Dental with a horrible history of dental nightmares and had extreme anxiety even time I went to a dentist, even if it was just for a cleaning. I would have to take an anxiety pill just to be able to go. But now.... I no longer have to take an anxiety pill!!! My hygienist Tracy, is extremely gentle, so gentle you can hardly even feel her cleaning you teeth!! My first visit, I shared with her my anxiety and she responded in the most excellent way to calm me about the experience. Since then, all the staff have been so tender hearted with me expressing genuine care and concern EVERY TIME I HAVE TO GO!!! This is the only place I would ever go as long as I live here on the coast!!!

Awesome, awesome, awesome! Although I'm fearful of going to the dentist, I enjoy the atmosphere, professionalism, and kindness of staff. One of my favorite amenities is the complimentary HAND MASSAGE, which is very soothing and calming. The lobby is set up like a luxurious living room, with fruit water, a kergeg coffee machine, fireplace, etc. I wonder if they would mind if I stop by, sit, and read a book just for comfort. I tell all my buddies all the time about Hillcrest Dental Group, and I say, come see for yourself, you'll be amazed. "I'm not a paid employee that wrote this, I'm an actual patient."
