Sunnybrook Dentistry & Braces

After reading some negative reviews I was apprehensive about trying this dentistry but I was pleasantly surprised after taking my son to his first appointment today. He was really nervous and the staff could tell and they let me sit next to him during his cleaning. All of the staff were very friendly and informative to me and my son and the wait time wasn’t too long!! My only complaint would be the bathroom could have used a cleaning in the waiting room 🥴. Overall I would recommend Sunnybrook for anyone looking into a new dentist for children!!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! Dr. Roark is a gem but our experiences with this place have been horrible. First time we had an appointment for cleanings and they double booked so we waited 2 hours past our appointment time only to have to reschedule. The second time we had an appointment to have a small chip repaired in a tooth. We waited almost an hour past our appointment time before being seen, then they came an wanted me to sign approval for an extraction which we were not there for at all. After nearly 2 hours, we had an xray taken and another appointment to return in 2 weeks. We won't EVER be back!!!

Today when my grandchildren went to an appointment at 11:00am My daughter waited for 2 hours before she was seen after people came in after her. She over heard the receptionist say that they go last because they was on Medicaid.. We will not be using their services anymore. I hate they was discriminated like that..

one of the WORST dentists in hattiesburg!!!! i had two teeth that needed pulling, and they had to numb me atleast 10 times and then proceeded to hold my head down WHILE I WAS TELLING THEM I STILL FELT PAIN and pulled my tooth. even including fillings, they “filed” my teeth to close to the gum and i’ve had pain ever since and this happened 1 year ago. they also had people in there on HOUSE ARREST while i was attending this dentistry. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Call and scheduled and appointment for next day. Appointment was at 9:00 and I arrived before that time. I waited in the office until around 10:20 and my son was never seen. Everyone that walked through the door after me went to the back. Asked to speak to upper management several times and they would not speak to me. I have had several appointments scheduled within the last month that had no procedures to be done once I arrived. I have call corporate and still nothing. Corporate called an hour later talked to Limmy she said she hadn't called the office because she lost my account and no notes on the account.

Chrissie, i love her so much, she is really funny love her attitude and her personality she always welcome me and my mom with open hand.

Chrissie, she’s my regular I love her so much . She’s very sweet and outgoing her energy is amazing. She makes me and my mother feel very welcomed with Chrissie presence. Overall the Sunny Brooke is a very welcoming place they make you feel very comfortable and they’ll explain everything that’s being done to you (which makes me feel even more comfortable). No staff has ever come off as rude to me they all do there own this but as a big family yk. Trust me you won’t feel out of place going there . The staff are like moms so they treat you like one of there own asking “ how’s school or you feeling okay” . The effort they make to push past “small talk” and try to actually get who every there working on to feel light heart and get them to understand there safe really touches my heart considering not many places do that ! Sunny Brooke is very well put together the inside and out they have nice friendly decor inside and when seasons change they’ll change up the look a bit my favorite is when it’s Halloween!. But If your looking for a good dentist place I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sunny Brooke I love all of them .<3

I love coming into this place to see Tai, Caleb & Dr. Roark. They're so kind and nice to my children. All three of them understand that each child is different and they take their time with them. I love all three of them and I highly recommend if you come in you request those three for your treatment.

Michelle was a great dentist for me today I highly recommended her to anyone who wants to get their teeth taken care of.

The DA Erica was very friendly and polite. She developed a meaningful rapport with my son and ensured that we were well taken care from beginning to end. Superb customer service!!!

My daughter had amazing service from Dr.Roark and dental assistant Ms.Erica.Words can’t describe how they are very caring and passionate about their job. I am so proud of the great people that’s taking care of child. If no one hasn’t told you “I will “ thank you Dr. Roark and Ms.Erica so much job well done .

1. My son got his braces removed in August 21 after being in them for 3-4 years. In October his regular dentist asked him who did his orthodontic work. He told the Sunnybrook. The dentist said he had a horrible cross bite and needed orthodontics and referred him to a different place. In April 22 his Dentist again reminded him he needed to go back to orthodontics. I called Sunnybrook with the information and they saw him. Per my son they told him it would be another $1000 and 18 months. My son said they would call me with the information. Not only did I NOT get a call, I cannot get them to return my call. Unprofessional. Additionally, THEY did poor work and expect ME to pay more?!!

They never answer the phone. Will transfer and nobody still won’t pick up.

Ms. Q is an amazing DA she made sure my son was comfortable and explained the procedure he was getting in a way a 2nd grader would understand.

My experience was very nice. Ms. Q deserves a raise !!!!
