Great experience making my children appointments. STAFF ARE ALWAYS IN GREAT 🧚‍♀️ MOOD. MY Childern enjoy getting there teeth cleaning

My 3 year old was a new patient to the Ellis clinic and this would be his first and last time coming to this dentistry. Totally unprofessional front the front counter to the back and not too kid friendly.

I'm going to give them a 1 for now and will come back and update after the situation has been handled. For starters I waited in the office for 3 hours for them to verify my insurance. Part of the situation was my fault because I gave them the wrong info however, even after I gave them the correct info they took an hour "verifying" it. Idk but I've never been to a medical facility where it took an hour to verify insurance. Next. I got two teeth pulled and a fill in. The dentist stated that my teeth were really infected several times. I have an autoimmune disease for which I take medication that lowers my immune system. Laying on the table getting numbed I asked the dentist if she reviewed my medications and if she would like to prescribe antibiotics. She didn't even know I was taking medication. Lol I'm a nurse. YOU'RE ALREADY WORKING ON ME AND HAVEN'T EVEN REVIEWED MY INFORMATION. I got 2 teeth pulled and a filling. I was prescribed no pain medication or antibiotics. I was told to take otc pain medication. It's been 24hr since and I've been in extreme pain the entire time. I called the on call number and couldn't reach anyone. I've been in my bed curled up crying for the last hour. On top of all of this they over charged me. The lady at the front desk didn't use my insurance information (that I spent 3 hours waiting for them to verify). I ended up paying the full price. I was the last person to leave the clinic that day and was told to call back tomorrow lol. How? If I can barely talk. This place is a joke. The staff is unprofessional. The doctors and assistants are incompetent and negligent. I wouldn't come here for more than a cleaning.

My daughter went and had a appointment at 9 and we got in and got out she was done in a hr and dr.Moore was amazing and made my daughter feel very loved and comfortable

Had previously went here for a molar tooth extraction. Everything went well so, I felt comfortable going back. One of my fully erupted (very visible) Wisdom tooth was hurting! Made an apointment, went to the appointment (took off from work). Presented my dental insurance. Later I was called back, one lady took me to have an X-ray with the BIG machine!! I was saying to myself, why doesn't she just use the one that inserts into the mouth?? After that I sit in a room for about an hour! I felt something wasn't right and they weren't going to pull it. Finally, the same dentist that had pulled one of my molars previously. Comes in a just flat out lies to my face. We have to refer you, to someone else. Your wisdom tooth, has to be SURGICALLY REMOVED. I didn't say anything!! Months later, I finally went to another Dentistry, told him the story and he started laughing. He explained that the only time surgery is involved, is when the tooth is IMPACTED! Or maybe the roots have grown outward! He shot me up and boom! The wisdom tooth was out!! Never again Sunnybrook, ''Castlewoods Dental Clinic Inc'' from now on.

I highly recommend Sunnybrook Dentistry. I was amazed from the moment I walked in the door. The atmosphere was clean, fresh, and spacious. I brought in all 4 of my children as new patients and the wait time wasn’t long at all. By the time I was done filling out paperwork, 2 were already in the back being seen. This will now be our go to dentist for the entire family including myself. I could tell the difference in their cleaning from their prior dentist whom they’ve been going to since they’ve all been old enough to grow teeth. I mean their teeth are porcelain white, I’m still amazed. Definitely give these guys a visit. The receptionists were amazing as well. I can’t wait to visit for their next appts, I know they’re in good hands.

We Had An Bad And Great experience, The bad experience was with the administration team that Sits at the Front desk , Once I got the Manager on the phone Our Next Appointment went Good From The Manager to the Dentist and assistants it was a very Great experience , with my child getting Crowns I thought that would be scary for my child but She was so calm and communicating with him on her every move and procedure I think he enjoyed it as well. Sometimes the Administration members/Front desk just needs an Reminder that they can’t treat people how they want too &’ the business still be successful, Because their attitudes was much better that the manager was there..But I Do recommend ‼️
