If I could leave zero stars I definitely would. The front desk receptionist is the most miserable person I have ever met. When she answers the phone it sounds like she hates her job. Never a smile in her voice or on her face, she always frowning. She has a very poor attitude and lacks professionalism. I left the office at my last cleaning without a treatment plan. When I did receive it by mail, weeks later, it only included a quarter of the restorative work I needed to have done. If appointments were scheduled timely and treatment plans were given before leaving the office, they might have a higher rate of patients who actually come back for their restorative work. Very dysfunctional, I’m never going back!

People at front desk very rude at times. When I needed work done my appointments were made so far apart by the time my next appointment was my teeth got worse. Did a root canal 2 different times. Told me if they had to do it again it was not on me that redoing wat they did was on them. Needless to say they still charged my insurance and used wat I had left for the yr on my ins. Dr told me my teeth wouldn't have got worse if I kept my appointments but I did keep them the front desk told me they were booked and made my appointments months apart.

I recommend them very highly I have all positive feelings

Amazing staff, affordable prices! I went in for a tooth to be fixed and they fixed it immediately, such great people ! My whole family is coming here from now own! They are the best!

My husband works at United furniture in nettleton and he thought it would be okay to use this dentist the first time he went they told him his insurance was messed up then they got that straightened out and rescheduled his appointment for today at 1 I drove all the from Mooreville to pick him and take him for them to tell him they had to reschedule his appointment to next Friday. This is very unprofessional. I understand that you can get backed up or an emergency happens but somebody could have called him to let him know that his appointment has been moved. Don’t waste your time with this place.

I got a pair of complete dentures I can’t were. They said they can’t do nothing for the adjustments. I can’t set my jaw right causes too much pain. Because the teeth don’t match up on the upper and lower ‘s. Don’t go here they wasted my money and time. Now all I have is a New set of dentures I can look at but not wear.

No matter how much pain you in, if you don't have the money right then they don't care.

I'm from West Point, but going to school in Tupelo. I have Ambetter and not a lot of dentists accept this insurance. Well I called my insurance looking for a provider near the Tupelo area. Not a single Tupelo dentist accepted Ambetter, but they recommended Dr. Thames since Nettleton isn't far from Tupelo. I was skeptical at first, because I generally don't hear good things about Nettleton. However, upon arrival I was entered a very clean clinic with a prompt and friendly greeting. After filling out thorough paperwork, I had a tooth cleaning from a friendly dental assistant. Afterwards, Dr. Thames came in and spoke to me and explained things in a way I have never been shown. I actually didn't mind having to see a dentist for once! I highly recommend Dr. Thames and will definitely be going back!

I don't know what I did to offend the female dentist. But she decided to extract my tooth without Novocaine. The most painful experience of my life. This happened over the years ago. I hope she is no longer with the company. Dr Thames is very professional. I hope he has gotten rid of her. I tried to post A review at that time but was unable to do so. If you are black and see this woman, run for your life!

I went in for an emergency filling and everyone was so nice and accommodating. I will definitely go back!!!

Unfortunate that they are able to practice dentistry. My son was quoted $1400 with insurance (Medicaid) for retainers which we paid out of pocket and was told he would need 2-3 more sets for complete treatment. Also that he would need braces that insurance would not cover for $4000. I decided to get a second opinion. We now have braces which were completely covered by insurance and found out the retainers were completely unnecessary. $1400 wasted. My husband was quoted $12,500 worth of work and we paid over $1,000 out of pocket. We got a second opinion from a Fulton dentist and found out max cost of dental work for him is $750. Crooks here. If you will go get a second opinion before doing any dental work here please do may save you a fortune in the end. I am so sorry I did not do it sooner and already paid them over $2400. This clinic is supposed to serve the lower income bracket due to taking Medicaid but instead they are robbing people.

I went in for a check up and was pleasantly surprised to see a very clean, comfortable and friendly waiting room and had a very pleasant experience. The dental assistant and the dentist were very helpful and knowledgeable about my needs. Thanks for the good help.

I've always had a great and pleasant experience with Thames Family Dentistry Collierville TN location. The staff is courteous and very knowledgeable for a stress free experience . Dr. Thames is very knowledgeable and up to date on current practices and makes your visit stress free. Would highly recommend this practice

I have been coming to Thames Dentistry for almost 4 years now, I have never had a bad experience. The staff is the best!! I get excited to come to the dentist because of them. And the office is beautiful! I tell all my friends to come here :)
