Different dentist everytime you go that should be a red flag charge for stuff they don't do/over charge made me a parcel has broke 3 times said I owe 1300 dollars for something that stays broken that can't even use at 1st very nice not to much now thanks

Was awful will never go back.i put in before appointment and when I got there needed fillings.then I realized they was putting my through screening again.they left me 39 min.never got a explanation cause I walked out.

Everyone was super nice and friendly. I love how they help with financial options to suit your needs. I will be using them as my primary dentist.

Great dental service for those who have F U money but if your poor kick rocks kid.

Staff and Dr was amazing! Very pleasant experience. Only complaint is wait time once you're called back.

Went to Aspen dental in Tupelo January 2023 everyone was so nice and friendly, setup my next appointment with oral surgeon to get implants and I was approved for them and for financing and to call Monday and speak to office manager to setup a date to have the procedure done and they would check to see if my insurance would pay for any of it then. Well it’s February 17th and I still haven’t received a call back from the office manager. I have called and called waited on hold for an hour a couple of times I’ve left my name and number with other office workers for her to call me back I’ve left voicemails several times and still nothing. I guess I will just go somewhere else if they can’t return a call Idk if I want them drilling in mouth.

I was a patient for a couple years. I haven't been in a year. When I went today I discovered I'm not the right color. I had to wait an hour after appointment time to get seen, then no work. Then when we went to discuss next appointment, they lost my $300 credit where I had been before. Wanted me to pay another $112. Guess it's ok. To jip an older white man

Extremely disappointed in my outcome. I can't recommend this establishment. Watch what you sign and read the fine print. I paid to learn this lesson.

December 14, 2022 was my first visit. Everyone seemed helpful and very well knowledgeable. They answered what questions I could think to ask However I had to leave for another appointment and ask to be called for referral their doctor for a second opinion per my insurance . Well, it is the start of a second week. I have made several efforts by calling them to check on said appointments and ask questions. The calls go to Columbus, or the call center. The CSR even tried, by sending an email to the office manager for help. Still no responseor assistantce. I guess I'll keep looking. There must be some real humans to talk to somewhere!

All the employees are super friendly! Nikita, the hygienist was wonderful and very informative and knowledgeable about oral health.

Wonderful experience very caring an concerned staff. Was able to get the extra help with getting approved for with financial help to get started towards a healthier lifestyle.

Dr. Felder identified my broken tooth and fixed it immediately. While examining my teeth he expressed concern about my gums and gave me valuable information on preventative dental care. He explained options that were easily doable. Dr. Felder showed a great deal of care and very much made me feel like I was his only patient of the day. Great visit!!! Also, a shout out to Ka’mya for keeping me calm. You did a great job. And Leslie for being so helpful checking me out. You guys make up a great team.

I went there for my very first appointment today and omg what a joke to begin with i started with one girl doing my xrays after a cpl her and another girl was hunting jumper cables and not concerned at all with the patient then she gave me to another girl whom places the xray card under my tongue and literally cuts my gum i make it through that to be placed in front of what they call a tv but was a hr and half of an advertisement for attys for camp lejune lawsuit mean while listening to micheal jackson for two hrs then here comes the hygenist whom shines this bright light in my eyes while torturing my very sore mouth with a sharp object and me telling her i have a severe sensitivity to light well she says i have to see in your mouth instead of offering a rag to cover my eyes and now my gums r bleeding from her pokes an then i sit there 30 more mins finally just get up and walk out and i will not be back by the way my name is under melinda burke my maiden name and i left walked out cause you are not running a buisiness you are running a money getter huge diffrence in drs who care and drs who just rip ppl off

I can't eat with these things and gag with them in my mouth, I wanted to be able to eat as well as have a better smile. So it was a very expensive mistake.

I would not recommend going to this place at all first I was quoted a price then we discussed payment then I came up with a down payment they did my procedure on a Saturday put my dentures in on that Monday and I can't wear them they are making my gums bleed they charged me close 3000 not including dentures now the want see me until Nov 22

First time there. Took 2 1/2 for exam. Added things to treatment not needed that they took out at payment when I asked about. People are very nice. Mixed feelings about it all people verses cost of add on’s.
