I am a patient at Tupelo Smiles. They continue to impress me at each visit. Their staff is the most professional and friendliest you will find in any type business. Tupelo Smiles also is hands down the most advanced practice in the region. I want to say thank you for all you do. The doctors ( I see Dr. Kenney) and staff are beyond 5 stars. They are affordable also. Tupelo Smiles cares about the community. I first learned of them through their community involvement and what they do outside the office. I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience here was horrible. They refused to help me in any way, not even a cleaning. claimed to have called my insurance and that they wouldn’t cover anything. As soon as i left i called my insurance company and they had NO RECORD of any dental office calling. They told me i AM covered for ALL but ONE of the X-rays they wanted to take and that i need to find a new dentist because they are LYING TO ME. Super frustrated over the waste of time i will not be going back. To be clear after their response, they completely lied about contacting my insurance company. They did not reach out to them. They said i was Not covered for an X-ray i was covered for and refused to even do a cleaning without it. So my point is, those unexpected expenses they claim i wasnt ready for, shouldn’t have even been a thing. My decisions stands i will absolutely not be going back.
