The staff at this location are amazing!! I walked in for a repair and they were kind enough to fit me in and not have to wait over the weekend, even though the tech was getting ready to leave for the day! Kudos for all of the amazing people there!!

I think the help in Arnold Missouri especially the doctor wolf but the finance lady she could have explained it better about a root canal or getting your teeth taken out she sent me home hurting when I could have just hit my teeth took out without having a root canal because it cost a lot of money so I don't like the way she did that

They recommend me get some work done a few months ago. Now they want me to pay more for another check up.... Money seems to be their only concern.

Aspen Dental identified issues my previous did not. Excellent facility. Superb staff.

I have anxiety about dentist- past traumas. I have had extensive work done @ Aspen dental in Arnold. The staff was ok. I had to ask for sun glasses b/c of the bright lights, I had to get a stress toy (which has seen much better days). They could do a lot better with knowing about dental anxiety, and talk to the patient more to allow process time of procedure.

This place is so advanced. They are super friendly and explain things to you so well. I would recommend.

I had a great visit. From Kaitlyn at the front desk, all the way to Jill in the back, these ladies were wonderful. Brooke was sweet and thorough. KyAsha was an absolute delight and she was gentle while doing the X-rays. Dr. Paturu gave me excellent advice and helped me come up with a plan so I can have the smile I want. Definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a wonderful dentist and fantastic care team!

Only improvement would be to review the file of the patient and have an idea of why they are there. And not rely on what the patient remembers is supposed to happen. At least that would seem more personable.

This place is a scam, my wife went here. They told her she needed four root canals totaling over $17,000, we went to two other places to get second and third opinion and they both told her that she needed a filling fixed that she didn’t have any cavities whatsoever. Just be aware.

Haven’t been to the dentist in over 30 years because of a bad experience and fear. Staff made me feel very welcome and relaxed from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I walked out. Every staff member that I saw explained everything that they were going to be doing before starting any work!! 5 *****

Avoid this place like the plague! Aspen Dental, Arnold. If I can give it Zero stars I would. I came in for a root canal surgery and they didn’t even fix it. Also, I talked to three of their ex employees and they told me that they rush their customers fast, even they will not finish the job. This is so they can generate more customers for their money. They don’t take their time, they rush. And every time I go to a different dental place and mention Aspen Dental, people make a weird uncomfortable face as if it’s an Omen to say their name, “Aspen Dental.” SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Go somewhere local, they actually care.
