Jump Dental LLC

I made an appointment and it took 2 weeks to get in which is understandable but frustrating when I didn’t get the help I needed. I went in with major tooth pain and the dentist looked at my tooth and suggested it needed to be pulled. He spent maybe 2 minutes with me and dismissed my questions. He wrote me a prescription and told me to call an oral surgeon. I couldn’t get into an oral surgeon until October so I called another dentist. They got me in immediately and my tooth was infected & I needed an immediate root canal, not an extraction. And it was a completely different tooth than Jump told me it was. I’m not even 24 hours post root canal and I have zero pain. So glad I followed my gut and went elsewhere.

I have been going to Dr Tim for many years now. With each appointment, I'm always greeted with a smile and a greeting, from every staff member I encounter. From cleanings to x-rays, the staff explains exactly what they are going to do, before they do it. For a few procedures, they will do referrals, which those have been great to work with also. They are friends, that treat you like family.

A dentist that is a little expensive but very good.

I broke my tooth. They were able to get me in fairly quickly for being a new patient. They took care of my tooth. This is the only dentist that I have ever been to that I didn't feel the novacain being shot in. Did not feel any pain the whole time they worked on my tooth. Highly recommend this place!

Decent work from the dentist but they wanted me to pay the entire bill up front and when I asked about payment plans they said we dont do that here. Sent me through care credit who denied me and when I told them my situation the woman on the phone was extremely rude "If you miss one payment I WILL send you to collections"

I have been going to Dr Tim Jump for a while now, I started with him because another dentist told me that he couldn't repair a tooth for me. I had neglected my Dental health for a long time and I had a lot of problems. Dr. Tim saved that tooth for me and he has been able to save other teeth for me since then. He has always been patient and supportive and doesn't make me feel bad for the condition of my dental health. Today was a turning point for me because he did a superb job of making my smile come back to life with some awesome bridge work. I still have more work to be done and I will definitely trust Dr. Jump to see me through it all. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his team to everyone, they are the best!!

Dr. Tim Jump and the ladies that helped me today are wonderful as is Dr. Donald Jump who has worked with me as well. My parents, brother, and his children all go to Jump Dental for our dental care! Thank you all!

My daughter needed to be seen immediately after she fell and hit her mouth on the coffee table. They were the only dentist I was able to get in to on a Saturday. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. Dr. Barzee explained options to me and performed the necessary procedure with gentleness. I am so appreciative of this office and all staff who work there!

I am giving a 3 star because if you are an adult they do pretty good. However, I took my 8 yearold daughter in for an extraction and she said it hurt and started crying and that she was not numb enough and they didn't finish and the dentist told her that he has worked on 3 year old that act better than her. Really made her feel bad, and while she was upset, she is 8 and a child. The dentist was a grown man and he totally belittled her. I spentered the rest of the day telling her she was not worse than a 3 year old.

I've been going here for over 20 years. Have used both Jumps. I have had great experiences. I have had a root canal, crowns, fillings, cleanings and who knows what else. They have always been kind, and most important to me, pay attention. I have an issue with numbing. I require more shots to numb up than most; They do a really good job of getting me numbed up and pay attention to my facial expressions as I sometimes don't always speak up when I feel a little something at first. I also like that on one of these times I was offered more numbing or option to try and go w/o as only a bit more needed done-I appreciated this as though numbing is good, the more shots, the longer it takes to feel my mouth again. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, but the Jumps have proven they are good and I no longer feel this way, just dread as who really likes going to the dentist? lol
